I suspect that they will give the majority (80%+???) of the cash back to investors through the Special Divident and the rest for working capital and Cap-ex to develop the remaining assets.

No reason to suspend yet. Possibly next RNS with full details and offer price they may want to suspend until it is voted through (formailty). The next RNS may well give the proposed Special Divi' ammount with the X date being the same day as the RNS.

With large government contracts for LFT's due to be finalised next week along with several UK based LFT manufacturers gaining the required Certifification (Molgic/GAD, ODX, AVCT next week) - plastic components will be in short supply, this should do very well with hopefully some more large contracts disclosed in the next couple of weeks.

There are some complete muppets on this board as can be said for a lot of ODX board posters. Both companies have huge potential and there is a good chance that ODX will manufacture the Avacta LFT. Personally I dont think Avacta will be the Sovereign test which may well be a good thing because they will likely struggle to keep up with the huge demand for their profession use LFTs which will command a higher profit margin than selling to the UK Gov. I do expect to see confirmation on the CE mark Friday or Monday followed by orders very soon afterwards. Those slating ODX and vice-versa really need to give their heads a bloody good wobble.

"Ongoing but slow dialogue with the DHSC" would suggest that perhaps the government are close to using the AVCT tests - if that is the case then TBH they are much better off selling privately, better profit margins and not dealing with the UK government who do not seem to have a clue what they are doing can only be a good thing.

With Biden now in power and America back on side with the Paris agreement - stocks like CERES and others that are aligned to helping the global warming "crisis" should now do extremely well going forward.

No he will not buy back (in my opinion). Anyone that never saw TB was going to pump this and then sell shouldn't invest in any AIM share. TB has history of doing this so he knows exactly what it does to the SP. I suspect that what he does is just about on the right side of the law but he is certainly not to be trusted.

Snack of what happened at RMS, RNS and interviews from the scientist behind the tech being used to raise the SP after which those in the know sell. I hope that I am wrong but would it really come as a surprise if the next announcement is that TB has sold a load of shares today ike he did after the pump at Rrmote-MS. My opinion only and for clarity, I have not been invested in either RMS or BRH for a while now as I do not trust TB.

Possibly a bit of buying with FOMO this afternoon due to the trading update that was promised by the "End of the Month" - Monday hopefully.

The placing price was fair and good value for anyone participating and only 10% discount to the SP when it was put together. Yes some can get a placing at a premium but only when the share ate hugely undervalued, an II wants in and buying substantial amounts on the open market would push the price above the placing price and they would end up paying far more.
As per my post first thing, the placing was expected and necessary to progress the projects, the MMs hammered it first thing (40% down) but will recover throughout the day. Maybe a tree shake again later on but overall this will be a nice earner for those holding and buying at those levels. All IMO

Phenom' Forward selling still happens. From memory Cornhill got caught out and fined about 5 years ago for forward selling New-World Shares when the placing wasn't approved by shareholders. Again from memory it wasn't so much that they had been forward sold, they just didn't have all the procedures and checks in place to do so. - worth googling if that's your thing.

Anyone invested knew that the company would need to raise funds to progress the projects which is why the SP was at those low levels. No doubt the MMs will overplay a drop this morning and then take it back to around the opening by COP this afternoon. And as others have said, the placing shares may well have been forward sold, that's the way the game works.

Stable flow of anywhere near 750 barrels after P&S would be a great result.

Todays interview probably told you that they will hit the capped 500mbd at wressle and will be chomping for the regulators to let them produce more.

Still very much under the radar, low MC with huge potential here.
