We know there will be a shallower OWC, leading to an OIP downgrade - this still leaves potentially huge amounts of oil to get after. What will be more interesting, for me anyway, is the forward plan to keep the oil pumping, potential drilling campaign, side-track?, new well, wells etc.
With the September week long shutdown now behind us, and the AM now producing again ;-) , I hope that we now have a good run of production till year end - more than happy with 12-15mbd.
Keeping fingers crossed for some positive news to come from the tech review this week, as I now think the bad news above is more than factored into the SP. I just can't see a new CEO taking on the role if he didn't think he could turn this around.

Yes they probably have, and quite possibly recieved offers, but despite what some may say, UBS will not have to tell us if they have or have not until the process has run its course - and even then it is likely to be one offer, recommended to shareholders by the Board of Directors. And if they are recommending it, then it will go through.

Yep, just seen, 2 minutes before the close. - Possibly MMs filling this order was partly causing the dip.

I think Elon Musk getting involved here is very unlikely and wishful thinking - there will be more than enough Companies around the table already with big pockets hammering out a deal - The FSP and discussions are ongoing, if that were not the case then the Company would have to tell us that we were no longer under the FSP umbrella. My opinion is that the longer that this goes on the better. - I think Due Diligence should be completed by now or very close, and if the value the BOD want and any suitor was prepared to pay was too far apart, then I think that the FSP would have concluded a few weeks ago - so could and should be in the next few weeks, could be this week.

Also FWIW, those wanting exposure to a decent early start Nickel/Cobalt play may want to run their rule over Horizonte Minerals (HZM) - Not a cross ramp, ok maybe a little as I am invested there, but just relevant to this thread.

Also FWIW, this is still my biggest holding and has been since buying in pre suspension, as my posts will substantiate, I did top slice a small amount but will continue to hold long for what I hope will be a substantial profit.

The two biggest Risks -

1. Missing out here on the mid-long term potential here.

2. Someone believing the subtle not-so-subtle posters that try to put doubts in others heads - "oh I think I may top-up, but worried about bla,bla,bla".

Some on here really need to learn the basics and shouldn't be allowed near the stock market for their own good. An employee exercising their options isn't selling shares FFS, or freeing up money as some are saying. It costs them money to do this. Yes they may sell all or some of the shares they have just recieved and bank the difference between the the price they got them and the SP, who knows or cares because if you had done your research you would have known about the options which are in my opinion positive. Orion paid for a small Rayalty, equivalent (if the Company were raising equity) to approx 11p per share. That was early, pre the banks stepping in with a lot higher risk than it is now - I expect the small remainder of equity needed to be raised around that level if at all.

Nonsense, an offer next Tuesday would tie in with a vote (if required) on the 18th and easier to add to the planned AGM then calling an EGM.

She was only shut down for 5 days, controlled shutdown on the 02nd and brought back on line on the 7th - hence the tanker on route to offload the produced oil, all facts - but feel free to believe otherwise.

Luke, thanks for sharing - but Motely Fool are one of the worst share pickers in the Bussiness - the articles are usually very poorly written, click-bait and contradict their previous one/s on the same Company - sometimes days apart . Better of ignoring the Fools and researching the fundamental which seem to stack up here (for me anyway).

Yep, that's confidence - he already owns 27 million shares and has added another 337k @26p. - I think JFB has "worked out" what is coming shortly.

PIface, spot on and some will be returning here over the next day or so. Any further Eurasia SP rises and sale will result in a lot of investors looking for the "next EUA". - There are a couple of junior miners with huge potential, but Horizonte are front runners by a mile - I have said previously that I intend to build and hold here long term, but with possible M&A (JV or a full or partial sale), short to medium term could also be very profitable for anyone buying while the SP is in single figures.

Wasa, I genuinely wasn't having a pop, and anyone making a profit in the markets is doing well. For me, this is far to hard to call, a lot will depend on how they raise the remaining funds and what II support jumps in and when - and the Nickel price. I think that any mining Company that still needs some funding is still a risk, but that's where investors getting it right can expect to make some very decent profits. I think raising $325million has hugely reduced the risk going forward. I also think that Nickel has the potential to do what Palladium has done over the last couple of years and its value will more than double. Any retail or institutional investor looking for exposure to Nickel and Nickel-Cobalt mines may be seriously considering taking a substatial early position here.
