A good positive and sensible RNS - 21A-6, Choked back but still producing 12K BoD on natural flow is very good news indeed. In my opinion the ESP is being run on 7z to move the perched water . The fact that production is stable and there is no evidence of the performance issues that led to 7z being shut in is very positive.

In my opinion if we are notified of a bid, it will be the best and final bid and the one recommended by the BoD. Any "bidding war" would be played out with the major banks in place putting forward the best offers to the BoD. Remember this is not a hostile takeover where we would usually find out the price of a low ball offer from the Company trying to take control. So in my opinion we are not likely to see a "first offer" with the BoD advising that it undervalued the Company and advising shareholder to do nothing - if there is an offer, and all the signs are good, it will be the best and final offer. Hopefully a cash offer as all my shares are now in Tax Free ISAs and SIPPs, although a decent cash and share offer will be fine also.

Anti, your question isn't at all presumptuous, it is just plain nonsense. If there is s takeover announced then the SP will rerate to around the same price as the T/O bid price (usually a couple % below, sometime above if investors think their may be a higher offer). Most PI's will sell rather than wait for the TO to go through, - the shares will then be bought up by other entities that are prepared to wait a month or so for the deal to go through and money/shares put back into their account. At that stage the offerer will also be allowed to buy shares on the open market and will Hoover them up. Why on earth would the SP tank due to mass sell-offs - that makes no sense at all.

Roll on Monday to see what next week brings - more fun, more peaks, treeshakes and troughs , news maybe on flanks?, and update on the FSP progress perhaps. I personally think we may have a bit longer to wait before any offer is disclosed (but wtfdik) and hope to see the SP continue to rise as we get closer to the LE. Hoping for 25p at some stage next week if we have no official news, with news then who knows where the SP will finish.

Guys, dont kid yourselves that the "big city biys" will miss out here - once they have a good idea of any sale price and probability they will take a chunk - if this is likely to make 35p a share, they will take shares off the retail investors all the way up to just below the offer price. Private investors will start getting nervy and top slicing and selling above 20p, maybe a little higher- that is when the shares will move to the II,s. IMO
FWIW the 35p figure was pulled out the air before the ussual suspects say it it far too low or high.

I also note that GRL released a positive RNS today (another of your fledgling buys a while ago if I remember correctly) - if you still holding there and any price targets across there that you want to share yet - another potential lucrative investment perhaps?

I agree ref Phil Taylor's TR3. I do wonder why he actually notified at the start of the 10 days, rather than waiting until today or tomorrow like the rest of the major shareholders - that way he, they can buy or sell under the radar (apart from of course the BoD who's share holding is already well documented, and are restricted as the company are also in a closed period).
As others have said, Phil selling a few was probably purely sensibly rebalancing his portfolio, as no doubt quite a few will have done at any level.

Guys, those tree shakes and spikes will happen several times a day until the next RNS (MT Flanks ???) If you are clever you may be able to trade on the Spikes and buy back when the MMs drop it - better, IMO to ignore both, hold, add and wait for the news.
PS, also a few in Hemo, looking good across there as well.

Anyway things are chugging along nicely here and shouldn't be oong now before we see some real news on the MT flanks which should set us up nicely for the future sale news.

TW is clueless, if you paid for his views then you you would want your cash back, and if you traded on them then you would be skint.

It would be nice to have a share price in the 20s before we get the news of the MT flanks licence award confirmation, which will hopefully be very soon (Monday ????). - that would then hopefully see the SP start to reflect the PGMs at WK and MT and set us up for a sale of the whole Company many multiples of where the SP is now.
All in my opinion of course and as always chaps, do your own research.
Just also be aware of the posters suddenly turning up on in this BBs claiming to be LTHs - check their posting history on Eua and other shares and see if they have previously called it correctly - either way.
