Im an Exploration Geologist with 30 years experience. I have been following Colin Bird for quite a few years now (much in profit as a result). The day traders on this board wouldn't know a rock if it hit them on the head, but I can assure you that CB knows exactly what he is talking about - good Geological knowledge. As far as I can tell from a very thorough geological / and moderate company valuation knowledge, GLR holds huge potential - but as with all things mining related, it is not a share for the impatient, but hang around and this could well be another GGP, EUA type stock. Time will tell.

Im a LTH of GLR, mainly for Star Zinc potential, but as a nerdy Geologist am getting increasingly excited about the KCB. Here is link to a good paper on the Geology and prospectivity of KCB, and is worth reading because it profiles the most relevant exploration techniques that will likely be deployed by the GLR team.

Unless a Glenover deal is announced pronto, I suspect impatient PIs will not want to hang around 6-12 months waiting for Star Zinc news. Can see the SP drifting back to the 0.6-0.7p range.

I agree that GLEN pose some issues with potential sale, but we shouldn’t forget that GLEN’s team of highly trained negotiators have a better chance of securing a better sale price than little ZIOC.

Future certainly looking good for RRE stocks. Ive recently started accumulating some MKA, but my main RRE value play is GLR for their Glenover Project. GLA

AT may not specifically mention ‘COIDIC’, but numerous times in the interview he states how much the Chinese want / need the asset, and that dialogue with the Chinese continues.

To be honest, this is panning out pretty much as I expected. 1) Chinese feint interest, and / or make low ball offer, 2 ) Zioc counter by improving economics and ceasing dependence on Chinese.

What next.....I suspect that once the FPF option tenders are received (few months according to AT) and fully costed into detailed economic model (another 1-2 months) then they will go to some sort of buy out bidding process. The FPF is merely adding optionality to broaden market interest away from Chinese. Daft to go to bids without firming all costs and values of the many options this project now has. I think a sale will be concluded within 12 months.

This will take many, many months (years?) to conclude, but we don't really know when potential interested parties were first engaged. Concluding RNS could land next week, or next year. Doesn't really matter - I get to retire six years early if they sell for a low ball amount. GLA

Has Kenmare actually stated they are interested in PFP asset, or is it just BB speculation? Hopefully the former - I have a large holding here.

Scout - it was you over on a precious metals board, that piqued my interest here on ALM. The spin memory certainly looks Very interesting. ALM consists of a portfolio of companies, but I can’t find information telling me what percentage of ALM value is attributed to each company. What I really want to know is what percentage of each ALM share is attributed to Spin Memory? Thanks

ATG - Very interesting article. So, if FMG is to survive, it needs international high grade ore - simple. Zanaga has flashing disco lights all over it!

I share you sentiment Beardozer. Zioc now just pips GLR as being my biggest holding (approx 930k shares purchased at 5.5-6.0p). Zanaga will get bought out, you get your nature reserve, and I get to retire in my early 50s and tinker with unjustifiable cars! :)

In the interview, there is reference to a recent report on NCCL by Canaccord - does anyone have a link to that report? I tried Googling but couldn't find it. Cheers
