Since there has been no new news since 6th May, I’m struggling to understand your reasoning for now saying the LOI will take the SP to 2p.

Thats a 5 bagger just for Star Zinc with realistic / conservative assumptions. Throw in Glenover deal and Kash*itu, and this is still a very doable 10 bagger from current SP.

So we are still looking at a negative earnings multiple from current SP - excellent, not seen that for a very long time on any share!

Over the last two weeks, there have been quite a few posters (including myself) stating that they are each holding material stakes of over 2%. I assume these large holders (like myself, are sticky hands in for the long haul). Does anyone know what the current free float is?

Are there any other detailed valuations with reasoned assumptions you can link me to? Thanks

Agreed - hopefully won't come to that, but does sound like JLP are locked into some sort of contractural obligation, which it is very unlikely there is a free exit from. Even more confident of GLR destiny now.

Forgot to mention - contracts are confidential between the parties, in order to protect commercial terms and competitive advantage. Ive never worked for, or known of, a resource company make public details of a contract, only vague references.

If JLP are "contractually obliged to take the Star Zinc production", then there is by inference a "contract".

In my experience of working contracts in the resource sector for 30 years, if one JV partner opts out of contractural obligations, then they pay some sort of non-compliance penalty to the other party. Does anyone know if such a clause exists between JLP and GLR?

If JLP are contractually obliged to take the zinc off take from Star Zinc, how does that impact CB renting refining kit and going it alone?

I suspect CB threatening to rent refining kit for Star Zinc and effectively laying waste to JLPs zinc circuit for good, will be sufficient to put LC in his place!

Lot of heated discussion over on JLP BB - how will timing of zinc circuit impact start of Star Zinc production? Most seem to agree that GLR will will ultimately benefit, but will it be Q3 or Q4 this year, or maybe sometime in 2021. Given all the unknowns with CV-19 and zinc prices, I think best strategy is to ditch the crystal ball and just accumulate bargain basement GLR shares.

Out of interest, do the more experienced investors here have any views on CBs other companies (XTR / BZT)?

Im sitting on 9.3mln shares at average of 0.42p in my (and wife's) ISA, but having spent the last week of lockdown re-reading my investment case, I will be dipping back in and buying up to 1.0p (but unfortunately the ISAs are maxed out). Ultimately I would like to end up with circa 2.5% of the companies equity.

CB is quite a character isn’t he! Much rather have a knowledgable, shrewd, opportunist like him in charge of my very significant investment, rather than your typical slick lifestyle CEO.
