A contemporaneous market note (30 April 2026) says there is “the possibility that a giant unconventional resource of helium-enriched nitrogen exists” in their Moroccan asset.

The Company will accordingly not meet the 30 April 2026 deadline required by the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules to publish its annual financial report for FY25. As a result, the Company has applied to have its listing suspended in accordance with FCA requirements with effect from 07.30 a.m. on 1 May 2026.

The Company will request a restoration of the listing of its shares on publication of its FY25 audited financial report. The Company will provide further updates as appropriate.

As a reminder, Predator's already certified resources are estimated at a volume not exceeding 1.7 billion cubic meters . In light of new developments, Predator is highlighting an additional volume, pending the drilling of a new well (MOU-6 ) which should confirm the presence of 12 billion cubic meters of natural gas.

If these volumes are confirmed, an application for an operating license will be filed in 2026, in parallel with the development of a compressed natural gas project and/or an investment in a micro liquefaction unit for its production ( similar to Tendrara ), on the onshore license of Guercif.

I’m very comfortable holding shares in Predator — and here’s why.

If the company genuinely had nothing of value, you wouldn’t see the same three posters spending such extraordinary amounts of time here — day after day, week after week, month after month — trying to discredit it.

This goes far beyond criticism of the company or its CEO. The same accounts repeatedly attempt to undermine the fundamentals of the projects themselves, while also targeting posters who bring technical knowledge or balanced analysis to the discussion.
