If Thar coal project is worth billions and is definitely going to happen, why is ORCP diversifying into other projects? Surely the new project just increases execution risk!

CB never ceases to catch me off guard, so my money is on first news being very positive indications from KCB heli-ECM early data.

Forgot to mention that they will need the EM results to guide the soil sampling. So if they get good target encouragement from the early EM product, they could possibly be in a position to identify soil sampling target areas within a few weeks of the helli reconnaissance. Or maybe they will want the final EM product before committing to soil sampling program.

Typically they will get a quick EM early product within 1-2 weeks - this may provide early indications of major ore bodies, etc. The EM data will then be subjected to various types of processing to refine the image resolution. The timeframe for this depends on what they see in the early product, for example they may just decide to process / refine data over one portion of the area, or they may do so over the entire area. In the pre-covid world I would expect to receive fully processed final EM product in 2-3 months.

Soil sampling will likely have a longer timeframe, and will depend on density of data sampling, access to sites of interest, and COVID impact on laboratories that will need to do the sample analysis. Maybe 3-6 months in pre-COVID world.

CB won't hesitate to communicate any positive results at earliest opportunity, so I would expect him to this soon as the EM early product is received.

Likely wishful thinking, but purposely stating "current intent is to IPO" whilst the deal is not closed, could just be negotiating tactics to force better terms from RTO vehicle (BOU?).

I suspect Accustem is the initial RTO target that BOU said was too expensive, hence why Accustem is now going to IPO.

One presentation states Blyvoor Will have 6 months Development Planning and 9 months Construction. The other presentation states 12 months Project Development and 12 months construction. Am I incorrectly reading the timelines?

For those interested in the science and geology, I strongly recommend you take a look at Kavango Resources excellent website. Lot of info about how they have utilised helicopter gravity data to identify Cu-Ni- PGM targets in Kalahari Copper Belt and Kalahari Suture Zone. Why don’t other £3mln MC Aim companies have websites this good? I don’t yet own shares in Kavango - but do very much like their assets and strong Geological expertise.

From my own experience of very similar deal structures (but in oil & gas), Artemis would need Platinas approval to execute Heads Up Agreement with EEE. Looks to me like Artemis didn’t get this approval (either they didn’t ask Platina, or they did and Platina said no, but then ignored them).

Does anyone know if the JOA between Artemis and Platina contains preemption rights - commonly do? If yes, then maybe What has happened is that Artemis has done a deal with EEE, without letting Platina exercise it’s preemption rights.

L427 - My dad had twelve different Lotus (Mainly 7s and Elans) - I was bought up with them as a kid. I now have a road bias Caterham7 (310S) and a track ready Caterham7 (420R). Most fun you can have with your clothes on! When my weary 50+ year old bones want a rest, I use the 911. Not sure what I will upgrade to when GLR payday comes - but its good to dream.
