I think bojo is taking a calculated gamble dallo, that he will get the support of all the ERG and some Labour MP'S that have to go back to constituencies that voted leave to pass the deal without the DUP - if Labour reject the deal for the second time then they will be known as the party that stopped brexit happening going into the election - the papers will major on this and bojo will win by a landslide imo - most tory voters I know that I know who voted remain will still vote tory as the alternative is Corbyn -

Don't fret so Aus - A deal will be done - too much at stake for the EU not to agree a deal - Ireland will be basically bankrupt overnight on a no deal brexit and Germany will be in recession if it isn't already along with France, Juncker already softening his tone as the reality of all this becomes clear - Boris will then be the messiah and win the election by a landslide and BT will be around 20 pct higher than it is now - let's see if I am correct

shorts taken the mother of all hidings on this today, I think the shorts closing will add fuel and propel itv higher - I think we are looking north of 150p if Johnson pulls this off - at that point there will be no shorts left and a predator would be forced to buy before it rose anymore

Hey Fruitster, RMG may turnround pdq - just seen on reuters that Johnson and Varadkar can see a pathway to a deal - I have been saying on here for some time that Boris will get a deal (too much to lose on both sides on a no-deal scenario) - he will then go into the election as the messiah and win by a landslide over JC who lets face it, is still peddling politics from a bygone era - if this happens huge sums of money will flow into the UK and some battered UK shares will probably double or be taken out before they double, either way it is starting to look good

looks like a short squeeze on atm - driving the price higher - anyone looking to bid on this had better do it pdq - if a brexit deal is announced the price will be a LOT higher than it is now that's for sure

Long term Tom - I am not interested in next week or indeed next year - I am looking at 5 years down the line - dividends reinvested, rinse and repeat - telecoms is the future and big money WILL flow in via UK Gov going forward - in order to grow companies will eventually merge or be taken over - may take a while but as I say, I am in this for the long haul

no - I actually agree with you on Aviva - looks oversold to me - impacted by Brexit et al no doubt - I heard Buffet may be interested in acquiring some shares? -

I reinvested all my dividend back in today fruit - looking at the share price atm - up 8.75 at 219p so looks like everyone is doing the same - bought another tranche at 1.98p so 219p is not looking too shabby right now - lot of money out there to be placed and with interest rates bombing high dividend shares will soon be king if they are not already.

sturgeon like johnson knows that the way you sell yourself as a country to businesses outside your country is to make yourself accessible to business its as simple as that - telecoms is one way of doing it - on a no-deal brexit or a deal brexit the telecom sector, especially bt will be the main benefactor - huge sums of money will be invested by the govt which is why I keep adding bt, vodaphone etc - I am losing money atm but I am in this for the long game - and in the long game I am confident I will come out on top

whoever was short on this over the last week has taken the mother of all hidings and it is getting worse - up 3.5p atm at 118p - onwards and upwards for the mighty ITV!!!!
