Anyone who invests and earns decent money and votes for Corbyn is basically committing self harm - transaction tax on shares coming in, tax on 80k plus earnings and higher corporation tax = companies leaving the uk, jobs lost = less tax receipts for the gov = more borrowing to plug the shortfall = higher interest rates on accumulated borrowing = one hell of a recession = I am leaving the UK - I have seen a socialist gov in action before in the 70's and the consequences that come as a result of it - BOJO all day long for me

I think we may see a change in the Indian Gov policy Gerry - if Vodafone liquidates the company what message does that send out to foreign companies looking to invest in India ? - not a message you want to send out globally if you are a country trying to grow your own economy me thinks

Morning JB - I have a gut feeling that this has been planned out by BJ and DC - and played out to a public who are broadly sick and tired of the brexit debate, want a conclusion and are seeing someone being thwarted from achieving this at every available opportunity - suits BOJO down to the ground - plenty of people I know who previously voted remain who will now vote leave - as they see Labour/SNP/Lib dem as the opposition to democracy

a deal-brexit resolution increases sentiment for economic growth, a no-deal brexit decreases it - bombed out uk stocks, not just mks but others that have been sold down on a no-deal scenario, so they were always going to come back on a deal scenario - do you understand now?

imagine Labour saying they were here to save us from a no deal Brexit and then rejecting this deal to bring exactly that. Going to be very interesting to see how some of these top Labour MPs vote now Juncker has ruled out an extension...

Degsie, the younger voters lost faith in JC after he promised free uni fees and then retracted on it - Labour need to win middle England and socialism just won't cut it - I know many Tory voters who voted remain, one being myself but when push comes to shove they will STILL vote Tory because the alternative is Corbyn

Hey Degsie - I don't think so - I have lived in London for around 30 years but I'm originally from a small mining village in Yorkshire so most of my family/friends from there support Labour however they all despise Corbyn - I think you may be surprised just how badly Labour do in the next election

A Bojo landslide will also have a big impact on ITV - Predators will be forced to bid as Brexit is resolved and the ITV share price moves higher - good times ahead hopefully

Agreed - assuming BoJo wins by a landslide there will be massive funding for telecoms and BT will take most of the pie -

I think bojo is taking a calculated gamble Fruitster, that he will get the support of all the ERG and some Labour MP'S that have to go back to constituencies that voted leave to pass the deal without the DUP - if Labour reject the deal for the second time then they will be known as the party that stopped brexit happening going into the election - the papers will major on this and bojo will win by a landslide imo - most tory voters I know who voted remain will still vote tory as the alternative is Corbyn -
