haggis- i think the verdict on the CMD day is still very much out.

the rise from 44p ish to 53pish was after the RNS and before the meeting - so I suspect it was on anticipation - as always with AIM. the price didnt really rise after the meeting. the initial rise the next day quickly dropped back to lower than the price at the commencement of the meeting. So on the face of it other than produce the RNS the meeting did not add value.

i enjoyed the video - it answered a lot of the questions - and i certainly feel more confident in my investment. Though the possibility of a drop on drill results is a worry. Whether it will do what it set out to and atttract indstitutional investors remains to be seen.

Will be interesting to see if the day attracted new Institutional investors - and the effect on the SP. Will the MMs let them buy at mates rates etc?

As for Dr T communication skills - I can see people's point about "read the CPR" . I actually like his manner but then I am not an II

it has been a while since i watched the video - but my impression there would be no more updates - only RNS when has to be reported.

it seemed to me that the next major significant news on the horizon was South America which he said was imminent - and then corrected to one or two months!

Since it seems to have taken so long my guess was probably nearer 2 months. Hence why I was happy to derisk by cashing out yesterday leaving my £9k profit in shares. If it goes down again I will buy in again if goes up well I am still making profit with risk of my original capital. Only way to play AIM at the moment...just having lost about £20k in HUR

once South America is announced I am hoping for a serious rise - especially if koot buys in significantly. So will consider if that is the time to load up again

i said all along there were going to be issues with funding the explorations...and that was befor ANGS duster.

i suspect Leni probably knew the way it was going and decided it was time to jump.... when he does another scheme his mug punters can say he wasn't in charge when DOR finally folded. Also maybe dor can't afford his wages anymore.

maybe they thought putting in someone new would be able to generate some backing for funding....

however the possible jam jars are really not that great. i get the feeling the convicts are not so easy to part with their loot.

Overnight I was forced to resign from Doriemus Plc by some Perth brokers who feel UK Weald based oil is not for them, nor was Butler. Those individuals will remain nameless. Sad thing is my involvement with developing this amazing Weald oil is now over. Long live UKOG & partners

DOR is worthless other than weald shares...butler was always a just the usual jam that would end up being an oil duster. with the promise of gas jam...but no cash to get it out

in my opinion people sell on RNS because they see the SP often goes down - because others sell knowing it will be a while before any further news. SPs tend to drift down on no news

Nothing to do with MMs. they just react. if people sell the price goes down. mmS to be honest would prefer a high volume of equal sells/buys where the price stays the same. that way they dont get exposed.

As usual Ross makes some good points.

I did wince at the "bang for buck" in the RNS. the talk has been made now koot needs to deliver. i think the next update will be a key point.

I still wait on the south american deal - but if this is another overpromise and under deliver I will be out.

magoo - the RNS gives nothing new info wise. Rns often get sold into so price goes down. however i think cerp is pretty much rock bottom so in my opinion it will probably end the day pretty much as it opened.

yes it is a good price to buy - in my opinion as not much more downside that i can see. however at the same time i dont expect anything to raise SP until next update build up.

resistance 1 is 30.98p
resistance 2 is 36.18p

I think it should test R1 in the lead up to german update - and the germany update could potentially smash through those if it is the gamechanger the company has suggested.

if not prob back down to 27p waiting for news on bacanora. Pretty safe bet at this price. you can trade for your 10% or hold for a rerate.

dougal - short term factors could possibly make the price go to 25p. however if it does then in my opinion it will be heavily bought into - everyone agreed that the chinese are getting a very cheap deal at that price. PIs would be very happy to get in on that price i know i would, all things i was happy with my latest buys at 26.5pish. i would add more at 25p

it is not like a placement where it gets dumped - these guys bought to hold.

once the paperwork is done it will be all steam ahead. meanwhile germany is going to be announced in the next month. that is another game changer according to the company.i suspect it will go up in the build up to release - and it could go quickly. personally for me now is the time to buy

mr cautious.... i suspect that the MMs might be trying to fill a large order at a certain price. they need people to sell but not buy. I could sell larger amounts than i could buy with hargreaves - and that was with halifax who arent usually as liquid. that told me there was a market to sell in but more difficult to buy.

this will creep up next week- in my opinion.

I think BCN were accepting of a deal less favourable for mexico because they know they are going do very well in germany. they have already indicated that the results will value the company at multiples of current MC.

in my opinion looks like they sold it very cheap. However if they couldn't raise the finances then it is better than the alternatives. the positive is that the project is now definitely on.

unfortunately (with a poor deal) If they are only going to pay 25p per share for the placing then that is where i suspect the SP is heading in the short term - like most placings. even though they are unlikely to dump.

so bad deal in terms of selling cheap . however good deal in the long term as it will get the project going.

Ross - I seem to remember koot saying he had offers to take over prospects in other countries as operator and would be paid to do so. However they weren't very good. I don't think with the way he has progressed in trinidad that will be a common occurrence. The invincibility cloak has certainly be hung up. I still think he will be able to secure a good deal but you are right how will it be financed?

I agree Koot looks a lot less confident than the start. I started noticing the change several months ago. the honeyoon period - where a lot were worshipping him unquestionably - is over.He is coming under more scrutiny.

To be honest I was expecting about 800bod - so actual production was a disappointment. He obviously just hit 1000bod to hit the target back in january. it looks like it is not sustainable now.

I think he knew things were not going to go well with that RNS so the tweet and new country mystery were an effort to booost the SP and try and stop the drop. Wkilst the SP possibly is higher than otherwise a lot of damage hass been done in terms of credibility.

I always said that this quarterly udate would be too soon - so would have given him the benefit of the doubt. I think he has one more quarter to get a significant devlopment or the SP could really suffer - and the likes of schroders will be questioning their involvement.

I think he can do it - but no more games please!

I am not interested in the mcap. I am interested in what my holding is worth right now. An SP a stock market is what the market values the company at presently and you can sell for at that immediate time. Whether you like it or not

just going round in circles now. I think you were a bit rude about people being upset at the share price movement. you might have been better saying in 3 months it could be a completely different story. that i would have agreed with

The SP is not fictitious - that gives the value of my holding. That is considerably less than yesterday

People sell for a variety of reasons - need / lost confidence / protecting capital from future drops - this will drop further

qnard - I dont have all my eggs in one basket. i was talking about the drop in my cerp shares not the whole portfolio (which is up) - sorry for the confusion. i am here to try and make money not lose it

scarface - as i said my reason for getting involved in cerp was someone of koots calibre in south america. Although i strongly suspected what was going to happen - and made it clear the tweets made me uncomfortable - It was difficult to sell because There was going to be news on the one thing i was interested in.

unfortunately koot is losing credibility when quite frankly he didnt have to - i think in the last 6 months he has tried to cover up poor performance when if he had just been honest i think people would have given him the benefit of the doubt and respected his integrity

the reality is the SP reflects your cash. if you are happy losing money then maybe you havent got very much invested or you are used to it. Doesnt mean the rest of us are in the same boat

scarface- will all respect you said the same thing yesterday and I responded then that you are wrong.

Seeing you portfolio go from 10% up to 30+% down is a shocker- not a pretty sight - I dont care who you are or how much you have.

I don't need my cerp money but that doesnt mean I want to see that kind of a loss whether it be on paper or not.

I am afraid the confidence in the big picture has been tainted by koot's behaviour in the last 6 months.
