unfortunately this was always a fear of mine. i suspect most of us got in this share for the kimmeridge dream. we waited and suffered for years with the jam always on the horizon.

we have now sold our % for a very low value if it does come good with the billions. ukog and angs will no doubt do more placings and our shares in the companies will get diluted.

the OZ play still needs approvals and exploration etc - so basically we have sold our kimmeridge share (with possible production being near) to fund another companies exploration.

yes lenigas is a smart cookie - and money is being made - but it is unfortunate that he doesn't use it for the good of the PIs who put money in his ventures. Still with every company more and more people get wise to him. one day he will run out of mugs

tom- really? i thought most investors in AIM companies dream of getting their company on the main exchange.

it is not that they want to trade on the cess pit known as AIM - it is just that they have no option as that is where they are listed.

personally I find the move strange. The only thing I could possibly see is that it might be easier to do placings? which is not good news

levistubbs - why would moving to aim increase liquidity?

tomslater - I bet there are quite a few of us. Mind you even though who participated in the placings on the lobster pot (isdx/nex) and then those that bought in on ASX must be down quite a bit .

There will no doubt be more placings to come with the promise of OZ jam tomorrow - to top up the biscuit tin on the yacht

offerman - i agree that next quarter has the potential for a good rise in SP. Also we are better off with koot managing than any of the previous crowd - I would never have got involved if they were still running it. especially any overweight aussies

haha..I was a colonel but there was a small matter of the court martial.....they called it insider dealing but I still maintained it was intuition..lol

offerman - the sp is where it is because of disappointing RNSs and the gloss has gone on koot a bit.

I suspect many PIs have sold out at various stages as it became clear to them where the SP was going. I sold £50k at around 4p - In hindsight I should not have had so much faith in Koot ad waited so long - because I lost a lot of profit. I would have done better to listen to Rossman. As it is you can see how much of my capital I have saved during the journey from 4p to 2.5p

I have bought back £10k in at 2.7pish because I felt it was good price - I suspected it would drift more but I felt that any further drift could easily be made up with some good news. I intend to buy more but not until nearer the exploration drills as I feel there is always the possibility of more drops due to macro economics etc. in addition There is no guarantee that the next production update will give the results the market hopes/expects.

Currently I think CERP is a good price but you will need patience

belgarath- Unfortunately I think you are right - the beginning of the end.

I got into this share on the big announcement of gatwick gusher. I chose dor because of all those saying there would be more traction as it was undervalued relative to ukog. effectively got trapped and with each transition to a worse exchange the hope was going and going. The optimist in me always kept whispering that maybe after all there were billions.

If there are billions we have been shafted...if there arent the shares will be worthless. the usual 5% shuffle to make money for everyone except the shareholders.

maybe it would be better if my shares reached zero and I could get closure. as it is i have two holdings which i cant sell and just show 90%+ loss.

Your deduction that someone who's name is London 74 is Australian seems about accurate as your rampy delusions.

The Sp is where it is because after numerous years we seem no nearer producing the billions that were touted out. the companies have involved have shown themselves to be at best incompetent if not scam artists .

ANGS with permit issues , wrong mud , drill bits , director shares etc etc

Dor with being kicked off AIM and ISDX, the scam of paying a fortune for a tiny percentage of a company who only owns a permit - that shows no sign of ever progressing . A man in charge who has a terrible reputation for pump and dump , dilution and a long history of failed companies who have lost investors a lot of money. etc

why would anyone who has looked at past performance (down 90+ % ) let alone does even a little research get involved without something more concrete

here is a thought..

What if They knew brockham was going to be a duster - hence the quick move on an aussie asset. to keep the cash cow alive - their wages.

cheap to sell - expensive to buy? not really going to attract investors if you have a massive spread as anyone who buys will be on a large paper loss as soon as they click buy button

Colonel I would agree that CERP are in a stronger position now than they were at 5p.

However 5p was first achieved on a wave of excitement with schroders having just bought in and Leo's promised timeline. Since then the 1000bod has become more of an albatross around his neck - something that has damaged sentiment. unfortunately SP on AIM far too often has more to do with sentiment than reality. So the 5p could well have been an over value at that time. I wrongly expected 5p to be a solid base due to Schroders purchase.

Anyone buying at this price I believe we do very well later this year. I can see the SP possibly drifting lower and then bouncing up and repeating until the next quarterly update . depending on what the production is then it could take another hit - Any average around or under 1000 would get a bad reaction in my opinion. I would however expect the sentiment will get better with exploration news. I also suspect leo will be doing his best to get some deals going to resuscitate the SP as he will not want to lose Schroders confidence.

The captain say CERP is a buy at this price but patience will be needed. I have lost 10% on paper from last week but not worried at the moment

To be fair I was lucky - more through ignorance than anything else. I have learnt a lot in the last 4 years on how to examine companies and read between the lines on RNS.

I would't touch GGP with a barge pole now. And the fact leni is pumping it just puts another nail in his reputation coffin for me.

Although i have lost 90+% of my investment in DOR on paper and my gut instinct is that I will probably not recover it. i have to be thankful for the many lessons that I have learnt.

ross - agreed.

I think any dips under 3p are definitely worth considering.

Bamps - time will tell if it is foolish. The one thing I have learnt with AIM is that there will always be another opportunity however one bad move can wipe you out very easily. in my experience losses take a very long time to recover on AIM.

I do not expect the update to be bad . I suspect that it will be an improvement on the last one but not by the amount that some are suggesting. you have to look at the sentiment that drives the sp. I think being near spud for June's update would be more of a driver than producing say 1000- 1200 bopd as an average for march update. people are now expecting 1000+++ anyway.

Anyway - it is just my ramblings -

Irene - I agree that the sensible thing is always to wait until higher SP for dilution to acquire. Personally I see myself probably not back in until late April so am hoping nothing happens until then.

However that it is not always how it works. I do wonder if current production is not as exciting as first thought if the pressure will be on koot to deliver something else

Colonel -, the possibility of a golden nugget of an acquisition is the only thing that makes me nervous about being out at the moment. It is clear that deals are in the background. However on one of the investor meets when koot was starting to get excited he was noticeably held in check by one of his colleagues. This led me to. Believe there was still away to go. However with the sp considerably down they may well step it up. I will kick myself if I miss out. However oil price / brexit /economy are telling me to play conservative at the moment.

escovido - lets be honest there is nothing any of us can do to help our cause.

Kimmeridge will either come in and we will hopefully regain our losses or it won't and I will certainly have lost it all. Once I take trading charges into account it probably wont be worth the time and effort.

Australia - i am not convinced - and unfortunately with lenis reputation it would seem like more jam tomorrow with smoke and mirrors.

People use this board to let off frustration and and some of us don't want other investors to fall foul of the leni scheme. I would like my money back but not at the expense of another sucker.

We have all seen the enthusiastic rampers on here over the years - and i mean years - they either change their tune or disappear. without us losers this board would have probably shut down long ago.

The average production was 670bopd for the quarter so it had gone down. They ramped everything up and only hit 1000 on New Year's Day presumably to keep koots reputation in tact. I agree with Ross that there is nothing to say it is currently sustainable at over 1000 bopd. Hitting 1000 bopd for one day to make a point is a lot different from sustaining it as different issues come up.

He is a good CEO - though in my eyes the shine has gone a bit - and I think he looked nervous in the last interview I saw. I think he has learnt a valuable lesson in the world of AIM that overpromise and undeliver really will get punished.

The company still has huge potential - and I believe will get there - but it is going to take time. I do believe that they could do bit by bit using cash earnt but with the issues that keep coming up it is making it slower. I believe koot is not a patient man - he wants the glitz and also he won't want to test his large investors for too long. He has already backtracked on a placing once so I wouldn't trust him completely on that score.

In the current climate the number one rule is protect your cash. The current SP looks good value but I could see it drifting again and it could be a long painful 6 month wait especially if there is nothing exceptional in the next 3 monthly update.
