I don't like the fact that we will have to raise money. i don't see that being possible with ASX especially with our track record there. Didn't like the bit about selling our assets - unless they want to give us back our money on the greenland scam!..lol...

if there are billions of recoverable in the kimmeridge - and i am still open to the possibility - then we dont want to sell any of that

escaped the ups and downs of Aim traders ? I doubt there isn't anyone invested who wouldn't swop ASX for AIM...at least there is some chance of getting your money back if you timed it right....ASX is going nowhere...

levi - I am on a paperloss already with my "investment pot". I wish I had done what I did with RBD but a lump sum in waited for 30% rise then got my money back with a free ride. I could have done several trades with uog and be sitting on a free ride.

I like this share long term and as such it a good share to trade in my opinion. if you do get a blip then long term if you can wait it out all will come good.

I see this drop today as a good opportunity. 4.10 is the support so should bounce .

Well I for one am interested in eldorado's trades...The safest way to make money on AIM type stock - yes I know UOG is not on AIM but it has the same profile - is quick trades. Long term holding is brutual in the current climate and isn't going to get prettier in the run up to xmas.

I have missed numerous oscillations where I could have sold my holding and bought back cheaper.

He seems to have a good nose for a trade - and I might well join him

Fairplay to Rossanan - he has been right on many of the things he has said.

I argued with him against the lind facility being used and he was right. he also predicted the drop in SP. I am certainly glad I listened to his take on it.

i hate to say it but Koot has dropped a bit in my estimation since the last update. I still think he has a great pedigree and my investment was always made with south america in mind but i am taking a more cautious view.
I sold my £50k worth but I will buy in again depending on how 2019 progresses.

exy - my opinion of journalists is about the same as my opinion on leni and the truth....(institutional investors dying to get involved with DOR on ASX / main stock exchange listing are / isdx is the best thing sliced bread and going to up and running etc etc)

I can't remember the original RNs but I am sure that there were all the usual caveats of could does not mean it does etc. So we don't know a) if there is billions and b) whether it is commercially extractable.

Looks like you can't get away with ramping on asx. Which is what he has done and he has got caught out. Interesting times with for as usual. Never goes smoothly does it. One kick in the teeth after another.

I have to say I agree with what Ross is saying.

I had a lot of trust in koot but this has been tempered by the wording in recent RNS. I think the loan / dispute could have been better communicated previously and I see how people could object to the steel drum figures being included as they were today.

I think the price is where it is at the moment for a number of reasons.
1) production performance has not progressed as previously suggested
2)The market is generally suffering especially AIM at the moment
3) timing - with 3 monthly updates - what will support the SP. I always said shroders would support 5p - but again was wrong on this.

Long term I still see great potential - and I still believe a south american deal could be transformational. I still rate koot - but will be scrutinising RNS a lot more closely in future

it is koot's job to grow the company....the Sp is the markets value which can be affected by sentimentt. could be valued at more than the company is worth or less.

if the company grows in the long term the SP should grow with it

from my understanding a share needs both long term investors and short term traders.

I think Leni will find it difficult to place on ASX - so he better be careful with the remaining cash. Once the Tea and biscuits are finished that will be it unless they ever get round to extracting

whilst it is good news - for long time sufferers - I am not sure there is much there to cause a jump in SP. However I know very little about ASX -be interesting to see the effect if any tonight

unfortunately the great news of steeldrum acquistion being completed is tempered by the fact we have drawn down the lind facility to repay a loan of $1.25 to north energy owed by steel drum -

There was no mention of this before - and what remuneration do we get from this additional expense? should it have not been knocked off the purchase price? or bought talon with the two rigs?

IMHO the price won't go up before the presentation - I think we have done very well to hold - thanks to the announcement of next weeks presentation

The question is what has koot got up his sleeve for next week.

if he doesnt have anything the SP will struggle in the next 3 months

long term i still think its a great share and a south american acquisition could make it rocket

1) tidswell started the whole thing off - he got leni involved. however i do agree that once leni was in all his cronies got the usual positions of directors - getting a wage and probably just being the name on paper rather than doing anything. hence why negligence of the rto rules got us chucked off AIM in the first place

2) iceland? more of your fantasies? or our you talking about the greenland scam? you know where we paid a fortune for a tiny percentage of a company worth nothing and which hasnt done anything in years

3) he has 3 homes as he has made a lot of money - since none of his companies have for long term investors - you have to ask why? how? etc...

4) he does take a salary from dor - check the accounts but from memory something around £108k cash and £380k shares/options

5) fast jet was made a wreck by leni - i have already written about that in detail. There is also his history with REM and LGO . he would seem to wreck and desert leaving one of his cronies as fall guy

I like leni as a character - he has lost me a lot of money - luckily i made it back on other investments. However i don't think we should try to deceive others new to leniworld.
