oke - at the moment i would value odx at what the market does. it is a lot smarter than me.

making profit with shares depends on disconnect...i do not see anything yet to suggest odx have one compared to the market valuation.

they would seemed to used almost £1m of the placing to sell CD4. they have got this back from todays rns. the royalties will probably be drip fed over the next couple of years. assuming they get all of it.

the £4m sounds too vague for my liking ? why did we never hear of this trial before? why would cash depend on it passing? how much will they achieve?

how much will be down to clever accounting (capitalised research and development expenditure) ?

however the two main drivers will be
1) monies owed to the gov?
2) sales of FT....No excuses left....need to deliver..but can they?

august update will tell us up to end of march picture - i am not expecting it to be pretty. yes the balance sheet will be jiggled but the profit and loss?...ummmm..be interesting

agreed. in hindsight it should have been another red flag. the most useless shares do attract a certain profile. i find the more sophisticated the investor the better the share prospects

well tbh that was a decent rns from ODX..... it is sold and they got some cash....
since we dont know when the rns will be.....sp will drift again..we a few cyclical mini spikes...prob sold into by people who bought on the gamble this morning.

truth is nobody is interested in odx anymore. people might search for oil/mining/ monkey pox etc but doubtful that food intolerance is on many radars.....and odx would not be getting investors on reputation.

wonder if the chuckle duo might keep a low profile for a bit?

1) never said they would not get overdraft - discussed how it would give a clue to business model of odx.........lets see if the temporary overdraft gets renewed? it is due soon enough

2) never said anything about not getting anything from alva - first i and anyone heard of it was when the sale had already gone through so we knew the price. it was the shock sale of alva that made me sell up my holding ...as that was a game changer in my view in many respects

3) said £3m tops then adjusted down to £2m tops after royalties was rns for CD4 ..Might yet prove bang on the money....certainly more accurate than the £10m some were touting?

oh and don't forget predicted no re-rate on the back of today's rns....and seems bang on as well

somebody on here ...stalks me on other boards. chases me around on this board every time i post - and posts multiple times even though i don't engage.

If that is any way directed at me...you need to look at who has started on who. You can go through people's history on here quite easily. One of the chuckle duo I have only responded to when she started following on another board . Otherwise have ignored her and her made up lies about me for months.

The other chuckle brother.. I never really engaged with and when we did it was cordial until last week when it obs became squeaky bum time. If you look at comments it has been very one sided.

The company had food intolerances tests for years. Nothing was stopping them selling it in abundance previously. They chose to nothing for a year when most of the time was spent waiting for COVID test approvals..they could easily spent more time and effort on food tests. Let's face it they paid enough staff to sit on their Harris.
Wally brook still get paid for squat Diddley.

Now they have nothing else left ...well that is one way to focus...but the issue is many don't believe they can now what they couldn't before

The chuckle (brothers) duo have posted some pretty spurious claims repeatedly daily.

26 trades showing on LSE...it is 15 min behind though.
So that is first half hour or so of trading

FinnCrap is not independent research...they are paid by odx.....and were the ones organising the recent placing - which is still over the current SP...so not looking good for them and future endeavours

finncrap are paid to pump...interesting their target price exactly matches something else...can you think what it is? convenient?..coincidence?

as expected....could well drift down again with no more news promised for awhile.
reality not sure anyone new wants in.....just LTH averaging down. good luck to them. the company is going to have pump hard at some stage or placees are going to be in an uproar

caley - it is good news that it has finally been done. odx can move on.

as for the cash- its £1.1m definite...royalties - lets assume they get the max. so £2.1m
the £4m is the big question but could turn a reasonable figure into a great figure.

however i don't think you will get a re-rate in 3 mins time.

caley - 8.00 will show if it is blisteringly good news. not long to wait

saving £3.6m a year in losses - is hardly a feat that should be celebrated. it should never have been loss making in the first place and for so long,
don't forget that it cost them best part of £1m to sell cd4 in the last 3 months or so .

if the trial is not successful - and bear in mind odx track record with approvals...its £2.1m tops

As usual with odx - the water is muddied. first reaction was wow £6m....then you read on

£1.1m for sure
up to £4m if clinical study successful? so not sure what that means
up to £1m in royalties

so anywhere from £1.1m to £2.1m depending on royalties
with £4m that we do not know anything about how likely -

wonder if my £2m tops was accurate?

caley - i am not on here to comment about other posters. i come to talk about a share that i was in for over a year and still follow as interested in their story.
i dont deramp- but post how i see it. my comments are often as a reflection of the sp.
