The lack of froth prior to Friday has made me re evaluate things...I don't think the SP will go lower but I am not so convinced there will be any meaningful spike in SP.

What is going to be fun is seeing which camps were right on their predictions. Both of us have been transparent in ours...looking forward to the matter being resolved and out in the open...should happen this week one would have thought.

I think I will give it a miss. I had expected a bit of froth prior to announcement of figure. It is quite clear nobody is interested in odx. I did think now would be the best time to buy if you were ever going to...even if just for a trade. I fear I might be wrong. I suspect the figure will be disappointing ...assuming the transaction goes ahead. My guestimate was £2m tops....

if the other company pull a fast one odx might have to settle for less ....or end up paying more £300k installments. Which they can't afford it. Thinking about it the deal should have been left on the table and the other company told to do the due diligence quickly or risk being gazumped. It seems like another bad business decision by masters of disasters . Or maybe odx were trying to put a positive spin and no one else was really interested when push came to shove

We all got excited by the "promise" of a certain SP to deliver the stated rewards to the bod. problem is that this is going to be a lot harder to pump than when it was a covid stock in a pandemic.

the bod need to work out how they are going to deliver £100m p/a first...or was it just a figure plucked out of the air that salad man believed would satisfy SH? I get the feeling he has a talent for saying what people want to hear - whether he can deliver is becoming increasingly questionable

abso - i read that as the gov want the money back. there can be no pre production payment if nothing was produced. what they offered odx was for them to arrange payments eg. £x per month until all repaid.

since odx have said they do not believe they owe money - it has obviously delayed repayment. how generous the gov will be over payment schedule should odx be proved wrong is what we don't know. if they think odx will have trouble paying in the future they may not be so willing.

we know that odx did not satisfy the bank as they only gave a temp overdraft facility

there is growing interest in mpx....the question is will ncyt will monetise it ? and how?

without knowing what the revenue and profit for food intolerance is - it is hard to judge if undervalued or not...there has been no update in 7 months under jag on sales? no significant contracts have been RNS. i know the temptation is that when you don't hear anything assume lots of stuff happening in the background. however seldom seems to be the case with odx

also. odx may never get any serious uptake again. lot of burnt SH and niche portfolio whilst many more Sexxier stocks around at discount prices

i can understand your preference for the kind of debate you want. however it might be considered unrealistic on a public board? i know there are twitter / telegram groups that would seem to cater better for like minded individuals?

i have to say there are posters that i am becoming more in agreement with - something i never thought possible when previously i read much more on here than i posted. if i agree i agree - does not matter who it is.

looking at it neutrally. i think the likes of pi100 probably get more stick than they dish out. in addition if you have a day where you are attacked on several fronts - as recently happened to me - you will post much more just trying to defend your point or self on all the different fronts.

i have a pretty good filter system of skimming past posts i know won't interest me. there is nothing written on here that can bother me - or at least not so far. i will never start a feud but might throw the odd barb in when i have been provoked , but that is as far as it goes.. people on a bb can only provoke you if you let them. unfortunately the old sticks and stones seems have been forgotten in a world where too many are are looking for victim points. often the "victims" aren't really the victims in the situation at all but they know how to play to the audience.

anyway i hope your bb experience improves for you...and above all i hope ncyt get it together so that there is little to be negative about!

dr - we look at things very differently then. i am not interested in the poster but what they have to say. someone 100%postive will prob hit the money on something just as the reverse is true.

people are free to use the board for whatever their reasons. lets be honest there may be people on here who only have this as a way of communicating with the outside world?..some want to protect their investment....others might have an agenda to lower the price...some just to vent which stops them selling up (surely worse for the sp) etc etc. it does not matter - is their merit in their post?

i echo your statement that nothing on here has any effect. so in reality what does it matter? argue the point or move on and ignore. i suspect some of those that get irritated and react accordingly are fulfilling a need they have anyway - they might not have this opportunity in real life..so being a keyboard warrior gives them a bit of an adrenaline hit.

i wonder if the company are reluctant to spend the cash because they are not sure how much they will owe ? if they spend badly and then have to fork out the whole cost and legal fees.
or maybe salad man still hasn't worked out which direction he is going?
