if ncyt gets it xxxx together and starts doing major contracts and wins the gov dispute anything bought at this price will multibag.

Why would they want to bring the price down? the price is governed by the trading action. more sales and sp goes down and vice versa. yes MMs do play games to covedr themselves and make profit....if the price has spiked - it will eventually fall enabling them to collect the shares they need to sell from before etc.

the reality is the market is not in a good place..AIM will suffer more due to being more sentiment based. there is no immediate reason for people to buy ncyt today......some people may need their cash or be spooked or see better opportuinities elsewhere.

until ncyt give people a reason to buy it is going to drift

pretty much most of what i predicted - placing rumour being true / not getting covid test approvals on time / not selling covid tests in eu and usa / no repeat contract of FT from chinese.

not too mention fairly accurate guestimates on SP and money from CD4

news by the end of the month - however the consensus is that it will be bad hence the recent crash in SP
they still could be suspended if they turn in the accounts on time - been delayed several times already - which as you know is never a good sign!

wbac - i suspect that the fact we are going into a serious recession/ depression means people are being super careful with cash.
ncyt dispute is a risk - no matter how strong a case us holders think we have. it is also potentially 2-3yrs away from resolution.

the company have given no indication they know where they are going - so unlikely to attract new retail investors

i have said previously that i suspect bio are waiting to see if the sp recovers and they can recoup most of their initial investment.
if they were still intered in ncyt they would be buying at this price which is around half of what they paid for their other shares. they lost interest in april.....round about the same time the master plan was revealed by salad man.

firstly the bod don't really care about SP until it directly affects them - eg ltip deadline
secondly what can they say in an rns to promote sp?..it will only be about new specific products for target markets or large contracts

to save face - a court case i suspect would probably be more desirable. even if they lose they can be seen to be "robust" and pursue companies for products they say are substandard etc...people have seen too many companies "get away" with it

the publicity is probably worth the cost either way ....- sends a message to the public. the public probably won't remember the company or facts 5 mins afterwards but they will possibly remember that there was a court case. the gov seen to be doing the right thing - even if the final verdict goes against them and it was wrong

thought the same - not sure many of the uk companies got the preferential treatment compared to some others......

i do think this is behind the gov pursuit of repayment from the smaller uk diagnostic companies though... ..they know they will never recover anytjing from chinese /turkish companies etc....they can however bully uk companies and be seen to be robust with tax payers money.

I am sitting in the first camp..think they still have a good case against dhsc...they have time to start realising potential as court case will drag out. I don't see ncyt settling out of court unless in their favour.

At the moment if the dispute goes in our favour and I can get anywhere near my average I am out .

We have sold off most of the portfolio as it was loss making as we were unable to sell anything. So we are now saving X amount per month. This is not revenue but please quote savings in your posts as it sounds like we are making money!

Our accounts have been delayed because we needed creative accounting to make the figures look better as ft would now also be loss making as all expenses are now directly attributable to it
