if companies are desperate enough to hire people with no ceo experience then i am not sure there is such a high bar in terms of performance. he could easily interview and say he has been in position for x years - and waffle on about how he made the company workforce a leaner more dynamic entity that he feels can successfully be driven forward ...he is now looking for his next challenge.

i do wonder if especially AIM companies really give a xxxx about share price anyway...? from the general lack of communication and interest i wonder if it something that even comes up in an interview?

Because he can now put CEO on his CV and get another CEO job afterwards. He has effectively upgraded his CV .
He will no doubt salad himself into a new position and any new employer will not know the pain he has caused his lth here .

It would seem the bod have been pressured into buying to support the SP drop. Remember thos bucket shop flippers are down 25% and must be fuming ..

FY2023 - £6m - includes assumption of full receipt of £4m from kenya = loss £0.5m
FY2024 - £5.7m = loss £0.3m

the "profitable" division with significant growth - if you don't count china or wind velocity etc is about to become not so profitable

If they really believed in the business and the jam they offered yesterday- they would be buying big time. If 12p were really realistic.

There are a gazillion shares waiting to be off loaded by the bucket shop flippers over 4p..they got burnt in the last placing and in my view will want to exit asap..

Ant...ft was profitable against cost of sales...the overheads were split between different divisions.

Now ft will need to make a profit not oy against cost of sales but also overheads. Which is presumably why finnCrap have said the the company will lose money over next two years and cash in bank will go down

Unfortunately finnCrap also counted £4m in the cash prediction...which might not materialise.

If it doesn't then the losses will be coming out of the existing £2.5m

If the gov dispute goes then against odx then the company is no longer a going concern as the overdraft facility previously allowed has been removed.

The thing is now all overheads will be responsible to ft. Previously figures could be attributed to different divisions making ft look profitable..

No chance now...will be very transparent that odx can't run at a profit after 30 years

Joe...if odx can get out of this mess without paying the full £2.5m back they will have done well.

The gov having requested the pre production payment back on account of nothing being produced...see wording ...are not going to suddenly say here you go have a £1m more on us.

If the gov decide to take to court...then do odx have the funds to spare ..knowing they might lose?
Guess we will see how confident the legal team are...remember the ones who signed without understanding the small print and also not knowing it had expired until one month later.

i think it could come good if odx get the full kenya cash. my concern would be that i suspect the trial will still take a couple of months. when aim companies say autumn that would mean towards xmas.
with no other good news the sp could be drifting down again with a few bounces.

my biggest concern would be some bad news on gov dispute - i hope you get left holding the bag
