yep....money talks BS walks.
in these woke days - big companies are desperately trying to earn brownie points from virtue signalling.
how many that said they would leave russia have left? sure those with a visible foot print like starbucks / burger king...but how many that deal in stuff not in the public eye?

i am sure you might be right in some circumstances ...but depending on how the war ends - they may be more virtue signalling in "forgiving" the russians led astray by big bad putin....if he was to be replaced.

nobody knows how it will turn. but as i said should the war end do you think the SP will increase from here? i think it will.
plus dividends alone are worth a punt at this price point

ncyt knew this at the beginning of the year....the question is have they used the time wisely?

anyone who can read the small print will know finncRap are paid for by odx. it is not independent research. they organised the placing and prob have the bucketshop flippers on their case daily. these guys aren't in to lose money and are currently down 35%. finncRap represent a lot of aim lifestyle companies and will need to keep their mates happy to churn out future placings of their lifestyle clients

hence the coincidental same target as the incentive plan? really? how convenient?

just because fincRap put that figure - doesn't mean the sp will get anywhere near any of their previous targets. it is used to create a bit of froth and some nefarious characters do the dirty work. when it doesn't get to 12p will finncRap be held responsible for people losing money?

as for overdraft - the company wanted it - they just had it taken away from them. Again banks don't offer to those who might actually need it as they won't get paid back. they have done their due diligence. they do not consider odx worth an overdraft. i suspect they are a lot shrewder than anyone on here

if the kenya payment does not come through - cash will be £2.5m with £0.5m in losses predicted for year end. if the gov dispute goes against the company is no longer a going concern. my suspicion is that the gov will possibly start legal action to call odx bluff. can odx really afford to gamble knowing they might have to pay back debt and court fees? remember this is the company that did not understand the contract or end date

so it has become somewhat binary play...bust v £6m plus damages.

i wonder how many of those confident of -the gov not getting their money back but also paying compensation to odx- have read the actual contract.?

12p is equivalent to almost £30m market cap.
even in the best case scenario odx will have £7+m in cash but still loss making as a business

how on earth do people believe it will be worth x4?
oh they don't...just trying to pump the share to get out at your expense

possibly. though i think when there is potential to make money - scruples go out of the window. i think a lot of the big boys will see the potential to make money on practically destroyed companies re-emerging. they maybe anti russian feeling in regards to their government but do you think people will take it out on companies ? listed on the london stock exchange?

large well run company producing gold?
when the war ends will it be valued the same as now? i don't think so. i think we will be talking about multiples of today's SP

the company itself don't want to lose the london stock exchange listing - and if they don't then a few years down the line after the war has ended i think a lot will be forgotten

the public got used to lft- and there would seem to me to be potential in self testing other diseases and conditions.

wilson - what we need is a very clear concise strategy with specific product and target market...so there is brand recognition..and then market it well

everyone even non ncyt shareholders knew of their pcr test. what do you associate NCYT with now? what comes immediately to mind?

there is taking your time (that run out in april for some of us) and there is taking the xxxx.
after 12 months we still don't have a clue on the future strategies. and that is what the market is telling us.

in 12 months we have gone from a company with £100m , good covid portfolio and talk of future products to questioning whether we are still to be a going concern as there seems so strategy to combat the end of covid sales.
what do you expect the market to do?

you did 180 degree turn from pessimist to uber ramper around the time the sp was 3.5p. did not take a rocket scientist to work out your game.
you might have averaged down - i doubt anywhere near 7 figures worth of shares....but the reality is you are a pump and dump trader.

the point is that we are invested in a company with best part of a £100m in the bank, good science and a great covid portfolio. it is not a gamble of a mine in some 3rd world country.

there are only two bits of news that can come - kenya near xmas is my guess and gov dispute at any time though i suspect months away.

if kenya £4m is a success then that could give a healthy 50% jump on the day. if not gawd knows.

gov dispute - at the moment the odds are not good for odx....so the longer we wait the better.

he has been in place practically 12 months and look what he has done to the SP.

you need to read the finnCrap note - odx will be running at a loss for the next two years - £0.5m and £0.3m respectively. the finncrap note is straight from odx as they pay for it....straight from the horses mouth.

ft was profitable when overheads were shared between the different divisions - not now all overheads are directly attributable.

there is no growth expected let alone one of the best aim companies out there!

schalfe - the russian news is on the surface not good. however there is hope that is it rhetoric and propaganda from an under the cosh putin..

as for the contract. the real issue is that it was a pre production payment - and since nothing was produced then it is hard to see it being justified.
the contract made it very clear no funds were to be used to enhance non gov business. odx jumped the gun and hired lots of staff to be ready for phase 2 - there were penalties if any delays in supplying product - however they were not covered for this through the contract.

tbh it was a very bad contract all round for odx....they had limitations put on them at every aspect - but no minimum guaranteed fee.

the gov lawyers must have been laughing their xxxxx off when they got it back with colin's crayon marks!

Schalf - the worry is that their legal team were incompetent in the first place...not even knowing the contract had expired until a month after.

If it is gov legal team v odx....at this point I would go with gov. Having read the contract as well I don't see the lwgthat odx are trying to stand.... though...I am not a lawyer....but went through it bit by bit
