wilson - tbh i would like to watch again as I was a bit sleepy this morning - and may well have missed some things.

I think mr salad looked nervous and embarrassed about trotting out the same diagrams that we have seen before. i agree with your earlier post in that 2022 seems a bit of a writeoff....but there could be some seeds there.

i don't think the ltip means anything - i suspect it was put in place partly to try and bolster the SP. they don't seem to have anything tangible to base that kind of sp rise and previous mentions of £100m revenue p/a seemed like they were just chucked out as that is what shareholders would want to hear. they have no evidence to back it up or even suggest likely. i suspect the sp though falling was high enough at the time that a dispute win could feasibly lifted the sp quite a bit of the way. trouble is that now the sp has been so battered - i cant see a win generating more than £2-£3 on SP

of course if they do manage to get the sp that high they will be well if not over rewarded. however i doubt any of us will care at that stage

p100 - i agree.

on the plus side - they have a strong case against gov from what i can tell.

two years of projected losses - is hardly rapidly increasing sales

they will not be using any money from H&N - it won't be making ANY money
any money they use will have to come out of existing cash eg from CD4.

you are probably right that if the share price rockets - i will be off in a puff of smoke. at this moment would love to get my money back and sell.

they are projected to make a loss of £0.5m year end 2023 and £0.3m year end 20 24. these losses will be coming out of cash in bank . that is why the market has dropped the sp.

there will be no money from increased H&N sales to put anywhere - they will be losing cash as always.

£4m can only be counted on if cd4 passes the test. probable maybe but not a given
the money in bank could be wiped out by losing to gov (probable)

what is pretty much guaranteed is that health and nutrition will be running at a loss this year and next - as stated in the "independent research" paid for by odx.

wilson - i only watched the presentation this morning between about 6am and 7am .
However i am pretty sure it was there last night - i just didn't have time to watch it - if you just logged into the meeting .

i don't mind positivity and a bit of share promotion but not when it manifests itself in attacks on other posters /usual accusations of being paid (wish i could!) / multiple identities etc etc

there are some who can write quite eloquently as if they know something is going on in the background - and it is easy to get blagged at times. however you just have to look at the facts......sales / profit or losses/ what contracts are being rns etc

the market will sort the wheat from the chaff.....

at the moment salad man - who sounded very nervous to me yesterday- is not going down well. the market thinks the company is worth half the cash in bank.....that is a reflection on him..and his hauling out the same diagrams again. even he seemed a bit embarrassed by it.

as the employee review yesterday said - there is time to change it all around....

Just listen to what is said and decide if there is merit or not. Ultimately you are the only one responsible for pressing the button to buy or sell .

the ltip was prob the company's attempt to boost the SP - by saying look this is what they are aiming for.
if they were really going to achieve it - and it won't be by spouting £100m revenue p/a based on nothing - they would not have taken the risk with the pay rise...my guess is they will cream every drop they can...while they can

i think some of us explained it already several times. if you are really interested then look out for what we say...but then tbh i don't think you are. more interested in having a go at us rather than the company that has destroyed many life savings

The employee review - if true- seems reasonable and pretty much backed by the results. They sat pretty on covid boom and were too late to think ahead. Salad man's walkabout was clearly a waste of time and just delayed things further hence the poor April presentation which looked like they still had no coherent plan.

It is difficult when most shareholders are retail ..but I suspect if there is not a serious change soon....there will be a revolt next year
