val - i suspect many of the negative posters are holding at significant paper loss.
probably still holding as they think it can't go any lower and always a chance of some upside either from a good result of the gov dispute and or another plague.
however they are not happy with the way the company is run in terms of:

1) coherent management
2) share holder communication
3) marketing of products
4) lack of acquisition with a significant war chest

etc.etc

you seem to be one of lifes "hope for the best" - no problem with that and i can understand that you feel the need to "defend" the share....especially if you believe what is written on here has any effect on the SP. however that does not mean that people who don't have such a rosy/blinkered view have malicious intent or agree that what is written on here has any effect. they just might be very unhappy constantly looking a significant red figure in their portfolio and no light at the end of the tunnel

Val..it doesn't matter what you think of covid...whether it is a plague or just another flu. If there is no demand for tests - and it looks that way then there is no revenue coming in ..as advised by the company itself .

Since they are in dispute with dhsc it would seem that even if there were some more demand - ncyt would not prob benefit anyway . The lack of income during Omicron wave suggests that they were not finding it so easy to sell even when there was peak demand.

The company has talked enough about post covid...now it needs to deliver.

agreed - the company should issue an rns saying that it notes speculation in the press but would like to clarify that the product has passed ctda. this is damaging the companies reputation. whilst they are under an NDA - this information is already out

lets hope so. the bank gave them a temporary one until 30th september. they no longer have one. as you know with banks when you don't need one they are always happy to offer you one. when you actually need it they won't.

£2.5m covers the payback to the gov. they will lose £0.5m to year end 2023 due to H&N.
so at the moment odx cash balance is very dependent on winning the gov dispute (unlikely in my view) , royalties coming through and the £4m.

there will be no revenue from H&N - read the finnCrap report - they will be losing money for the next two years.

you have no idea if odx will need an overdraft or not. but of course you are choosing to ignore any possibilities that they might ..wonder why?

There are a number of scenarios possible...prob with the exception of odx making a profit in the next two years...

Nothing is guaranteed...it could turn out that an overdraft is needed....

One thing I am sure of is that odx are unlikely to be a star performer next year...based on history.
