"Jag was in charge of H and N division wasn't it"
yes...and so it is not new to him...he has had considerable time with the product...and yet they are still predicting losses for the next two years.....and then some miracle happens and it will turn profitable?
ummmm.....sure
the only reason it may have been profitable in the past (against the cost of sales rather than total outgoings) was that they could share out overhead expenses amongst the other divisions. first year it is on its own...or in the words of the bod - "they can focus solely on it" and it is predicted to be running at a loss...and the next year as well.
now that the true cost ie cost of sales and overheads are counted it will not be profitable
"A read of recent rns's are a story of a company meeting targets and going from strength to strength,"
fakey2 - you cant keep posting the same old drivel....how about direct facts? what targets have they met? what is going from strength to strength mean?
an actual reading of rns - shows a company that has missed 2 of its set targets for releasing accounts...sold all the family jewels so nothing else left..and completely muddied the water over kenya trial. oh and they talk of cracking usa - which is easier said than done.
rather than strength to strength they have predicted losses for the next two years
