the drop has been well overdone.
decent update with targets reached and some debt reduction.
company made it clear that they want to keep a listing on LSE - though probably not premium listing.

we have had a year of fear of suspension etc..but all of a sudden something that might happen in a years time is panicking people.
purely because of an article on FT which just missed out the word "premium" listing

meanwhile on moex - poly has gone up 5% and trading in rouble at an equivalent of £5.40
I bought more yesterday and more this morning.

even should the worst happen and it is traded on the back of a goat..the dividends will pay for itself within a couple of years

you can a) counter their argument or b)make up lies / stalk them / accuse of multiple identities or spam the board.

i do agree on odx not likely to win the dispute with the gov...i read the contract in full several times. I am no lawyer but it was quite clearly written from gov advantage...can't see how they can be expected to pay pre production payment for something that was not produced

yes the gov were morally wrong to use and abuse odx...but odx signed the contract...we know without fully understanding it as they missed the end date. sheer incompetence

they would be paying £27m ish for a company that is currently loss making and £6m or so cash

despite sole focus on snake oil for almost a year - they can't manufacture enough product for existing modest orders- need to spend £1m on machinery to fulfil the existing orders
in dispute with gov over a pre production payment received when no production occurred - currently gov wants £2.5 m back

market values it as just about cash in bank for a reason...doesn;t have faith in the business
