It is the ft interview...and am afraid this very poor RNs wording this morning that has brought the panic. They are bright people so I can't believe they were unaware that this wording is the worst possible way to present what is still a very up in the air matter

The company don't seem to be helping Ng things much..they could have put in the end that the primary listing could be Hong Kong or middle east or kaz.as per the presentation and q and a.

Obviously the thought of kaz is causing the panic..and sl*t drops the last three days.

As other said...also means no news on the horizon...but some of us already knew that.

No dispute resolution in site...no big contracts due...no sign of increase in production.

at the moment poly is getting hit by "sanctions" on both sides....they have survived well so far...but with no sight of the war ending they have to go one way or the other....or the route they have taken to split the company up and go both ways.

they know that russian assets are toxic and want to keep western money and involvement.
they said ideally what they want is sitting in neutral (kaz) with one foot in moex and one on ftse. so this does not sound like they want to lose western investment and shareholders.
therre is still a big chunk with II.....and the bod have plenty of shares and wont want the price crumbling anymore- in losing them

if you have shares on lse....they are not going to disappear...
worst case ecenario is that it all ends up being traded on goat back...but they have said they will do something about liquidity...in the meantime you could still be getting a nice dividend by this time next year.

they move to kaz.... open up on a middle eastern exchange...where II can now buy..what do you think will happen to the share price?

the bod seem to be pragmatic russians ..who are quite transparent. so they answered questions on all possibilities.

the problem is the market just hammers anything. it is acting like it is the end of the world and you will never be able to trade poly again!

whilst in reality they are trying their best to sort listings out and issue dividends.

one has to question the agenda of FT...as they must have known the effect that slanting that piece would be

staff.....tbh i expected a bit of a drop on update. as those hoping for dividend news sold out etc. and the market will always punish any hint of uncertainty eg change in listing

the drop to £3 / £2.90 was understandable.

however that was one interview that should not have been done - big mistake.

i expect the dust to settle by next week... and the slow climb again.
always slower to climb back unfortunately...
however this is a blue chip company at a serious undervaluation.

the bod hold a lot of shares and don't want this destruction in value any more than we do.
