So finished work - don't have the time spare our giro friends on here do. So just able to re read rns

We were told that the good thing about dumping the more prestigious parts of the portfolio is that the sole focus was on snake oil..so pretty shocking and very worrying

So the predicted loss of £0.5m has increased to £1m ..even though recently they were talking about break even or profit according to some on here . How has this come about so recently?
Why did they not know before?. How is the company being run?

£6.5m cash to around £5m…why? If losses are £1m. how much is a corby trouser press these days?

3) “ a capital investment programme of c. £1m can be delivered from existing funds and deliver improvements once executed next year.

So cash will be £4m next year . no guarantee of profits

Is this an admission that the sales team can’t crack USA? What is the probability of acquiring such a partnership?

Fakey...the rumours on twitter about suspension due to odx delaying the release of accounts several times was back in August and September. If a company does not release accounts they get suspended. Odx delayed several times and left it to the wire. So speculation was reasonable and we discussed the possibility on here.

Not a few weeks ago. More fakery .

The gov dispute will prob drag on and on.maybe Until the gov threaten court..then odx can decide how much faith they really have in their defence.whether they have enough to risk their cash on legal bills etc

The snake oil is contentious and has quite prestigious boards against it in USA and Canada - so the jury is very much out on what they will be able to achieve.

there has been no fakearound in terms of future prospects - and the market values it as little more than cash..if they don't break even then that will eat into the cash.

gov dispute is still outstanding - and one would have to favour the gov getting some cash off odx. you can't claim a pre production amount if you don't go onto produce anything. the gov may be morally wrong but covered themselves with a contract that odx never understood
