unfortunately turning a profit was not one of them
or fulfilling the few orders they have

we have no clue how strong their case is - and one has to accept there is the risk of losing.
personally since the products obtained ctda status it is hard to bet against ncyt.
the fact that it does not cost them their own cash (tax payers) and they are seen to be pursuing companies for money spent during covid...though should have been the dodgy ppe- might be enough of a result for them

i agree on agm.....howe did they secure that vote?...one would like to think they would not dare to try again...but if they got away with it last year..then i suspect they might be tempted to try

supp - i agree with you. i suspect that is why some on here get so worked up about what others write on here.
the only people that can really affect the sp long term are the company themselves. they are responsible for the mess and need to start "making" and "selling"

Sold cd4 for millions, received hundreds of thousands from Abdx in payments owed, sold loss making Alva site and this reduced losses per month of some 500k,
so they stopped losses but did not increase orders significantly

confirmed a new direction for the company
not new they have been hawking the snake oil around for years with no substantial sales

jc - we have no way of knowing what price the bucket shop flippers have in mind

a) we don't know how many flippers there are and how may warrants they hold individually
b) each flipper doesnt have to exercise them in one go - so could be a death by a thousand cuts rather than a straight 40% drop and it is over with.
you could imagine that even smaller chunks sold at the wrong time could easily stop momentum and kill any sp rise.
c) we don't know how much profit is acceptable to each flipper...they have been holding for a long time- dead money....they prob want to move onto another lifestyle company!

the reality is that they can just sit on them - should any rise in SP happen...so no risk..just buy when there is enough liquidity and decent profit

bb - there is no reason why poly will not be able to pay divi into your bank account.

kaz tax - i don't know much about and if it loses isa wrapper there could be tax implications in uk.

however on the plus side - i would expect poly to recover some of its 90% losses in value and at current price i suspect divi would pay for itself in 3-4 years.

of course if they can keep an lse listing it is a totally different story

BB....you are quite possibly/probably right on the ISA statement.

though not if they can keep some form of lse listing.

it will probably be harder to sell up- if there is listing in middle east or just Kaz.

however it will still be a good divi play in my view.
