read the contract they did have with the gov - you will then understand why they want their (tax payers) money back.

it was inappropriate and damaging - both to the company reputation and the SP at the time.

not the point. not relevant. poly are mining gold and there are no issues with that. yes there are serious issues regarding its trading of its shares...but the company have been transparent and are looking to improve the situation. ultimately the SH will decide what is best
