1) The cash burn is continuing - We are now likely to have a company with a balance of 4.3 million in the bank. (down from £5m).

Agreed ..as the company is still running at a loss the cash burn will be burning

2) The consultants have either not concluded the work or have been unable to change the manufacturing workflow issues

agreed or else they would have been an RNS

3) Significant sales, especially in identified key markets (USA) have not been forthcoming (if you announce a second sale of a mere £50K worth that sets precedent for future RNS)

Agreed. the problem with RNS of pocket money contracts is that it sets a barometer for what should be in future. The whole USA dream is smoke and mirrors. promise of jam tomorrow

4) The money owed to the tax payer still hasn't been settled.

agreed. could be coming out of cash - and that will cause a serious problem

there is nothing in this company to invest in - it is just a gamble at this stage.

there are many better shares currently cheap because of macroeconomics

Last year's raise was outrageous considering the lack of any real tangible forward plan

To award another pay rise in view of further sh value destruction ..and the company valued at significantly less than cash...showing the market has absolutely no faith in the bod..is taking the urine.

But as I have said all along...the bod don't care about pi shareholders .

That is why the lack of RNs...nothing malicious just don't care about the sp.

tbh i think it is dangerous to try and extrapolate any meaning for someone who was in the job for a mere 6 months without any knowledge of why. it is pure guess work

As i have said before that due to ctda approval i think ncyt have a very strong case...they say they have a strong case - although the pragmatist in me says that they would say that anyway...

however if it goes to trial the decision will rest with a judge.

at this moment i would settle for x3 of current SP - and maybe that is clouding my thoughts.

i still think it is most likely an agreement will be made rather than both sides risking court.

so the question is what is the minimum each side is willing to offer

it is exactly that ncyt have waited so long and it has been so disruptive that i think they might be willing to say enough is enough...we made good coin...lets not risk it

if it came down to the company risking losing all its cash and being worth zilch or keeping what they have - which would you rather have?

at the moment...My thinking is that the company might be prepared to just walk away ..losing money owed to just put the thing behind them..

i suspect both parties would prefer to get something out of it rather than potentially lose 100%.

i think it will be a negotiated deal but closer to the wire than xmas.

Val - looking after yourself is a lot easier than running a company.

i think you may just have to accept that the company were not as good as you initially may have thought when you got invested...they got uber lucky with covid....and have not been able to match it since.

I still maintain that like many bod - they seem to not be particularly interested in the SP - until it has a direct effect on them eg they need SH support etc.

unfortunately we do seem to be in a perfect storm....i think AIM has battered so many PI that they are more and more wary of "investing".

Yesterday - there were 7 trades all day. Which was the lowest number I can remember.

I highly doubt anybody that is critical of the share and given coherent arguments as to why the company is still not making a profit after many years - is buying further shares.

i suspect someone who is averaging down to get out quicker - wonder if it anyone on here?

possibly trying to encourage new investors in? to enable them to get out?
