the majority of litigation cases settle before court. so there is a good chance it might happen even if it goes nearer to the court date. the question is what would both parties settle for?
i wonder if the gov might settle for not having to pay the monies they owe NCYT ?

whilst this would cost ncyt in lost revenue..they still get to keep the cash in bank and the drama is over

if you had said investing in AIM is a bit of a gamble..i would probably agreed with you...but you said all investments.

as for ncyt - if there is any lack of liquidity - and i don't know that there is - it is down to sentiment. no body wants to buy because there is no clear drivers of progress. lets be honest why should one buy in right now?

a question yesterday asked was along the lines of what milestones can we expect this year. this was completely fudged

do i think they will win dispute - yes

as for the odds - unfortunately we haven't been given them.
and very little on the arguments to be used in court. so whilst i might believe there will a positive outcome based on CTDA approval - i could be completely wrong .

i am disappointed that the company has not progressed so that the dispute is a sideshow rather than the main event. it would be nice if the company and sp were secure enough that the outcome did not matter (so much)

personally my "investment" is so down that it is not worth selling..however others may not want that risk v reward

It could be dangerous to assume that all the bad news is priced in? Surprise news can be good or bad.

Only time will tell who is right...so I would not be patting yourself on the back just yet.
