There has been no notification of additional contracts or even a a consultant update.

They will need to come up with some other jam tomorrow or else the sp will drop further on another update.

Whether you like Tom W as a person does not matter...the real issue is if there is merit in his analysis / rumours etc.

I suspect most that don't like him have been in shares that he has highlighted and then the share price has crashed. somehow they blame him for making a bad investment themselves.

I would like to see how NCYT value the yourgene portfolio and what their intentions to monetise it are. is the offer value for money?

the offer is still a hefty premium on what the SP was.

i am afraid the yourgene SH are being delusional if they think that it is worth a lot more. just cos they paid more for their shares doesn't mean that is the true value.

i just see a very badly run company - that has been run into the ground and the market thinks is unlikely to survive.

if someone were to offer the same premium on NCYT shares - i think many might consider it

I can understand yourgene sh being disgruntled ..but in all reality ncyt are offering a decent premium to what the SP was.

It just looks an awfully run company..even worse than ncyt ..and that is saying something .

I just hope the products themselves are worth what we are paying.

Hopefully the ncyt bod have realised that they need to get their stuff together...and this is the beginning of the turnaround

whilst on one hand i am very happy to see NCYT finally do something and hope that it shows a confidence in a good result with gov dispute.

What is really hard is to see what odx can do to boost sp.

Were were advised of a trading update in July...though I would not be surprised if the accounts are delayed again this year ..and thus a trading update.

If the update is not positive then what ?

The one thing I have learnt from odx is that no news does not equate with busy busy big things coming

The fear with a one off order to Chinese is always that they reverse engineer and then actually end up being a cheaper competitor.

Odx do not have a good sales team. They have struggled to sell anything anywhere. USA gets thrown up because they can't sell much in UK or EU. So somehow we are expected to believe the extremely difficult USA market is going to yield results .

The portfolio now only consists of the least valued scientific product...it is not recommended as per the links already been posted on here..

They have stated a bottleneck in production capacity..which will require more than £1m ..the fact that they have not spent it says much about orders in the pipeline as well as ambition of the company.

If they can walk away from the dispute without too much damage ..they really need to pick up a cheap sexy addition to the portfolio that they can really pump with the promise of jam tmrw.

Otherwise with current cash burn it is just a ticking clock until they are finito.

There is nothing else left to sell...the family jewels are already gone

As you said odx are trying to sell snake oil...and not a credible diagnostic test.

The reality is that odx made a loss again last year...reoccurring theme every year.

They have said that while they are optimistic they can't give a forecast for next year's sales.

How long have they been trying to flog snake oil in the USA?

My suspicion is that the gov dispute update could be a court date...which will be very bad news.
