The overdraft was removed by bank as odx was existing on fumes.

the company itself said they weren't sure they could sell cd4 and would quite possibly have to give it away - so of course we discussed it. whilst they got cash to pay the bod wages for a year or two that was the moment the company died. nothing of any credibility left in the portfolio ..just contentious snake oil

selling £50k in usa after a year plus solely focusing on one product in their target market is laughable

how about the growth strategy - lets see what you say when they do eventually release a trading update,

Dsaf - i was always sceptical on accounts being done by july - they were very tardy last year and just got them out before they would have had to be suspended. should have been easier this year as less to process but even still...

the trading update to coincide with accounts was always going to be interesting.

what do they do if the accounts are late? if they don't put something out in july then it further erodes confidence and could hit sp

do they do a rns just on trading update? well you cant hide no progress like you can with the accounts.

Still no rns....imho the update will be poor. if they are waiting til the very end of july it means there is nothing much to update with or bad news. anything good would have been released by now

for the record...still in ncyt. they have a strong case against gov unlike odx. £80+m in bank...possibly buying ygen and a goood portfolio. odx is a dead duck in all respects

cos i like to look at all the different possibilities when i make decisions.

Wrap - in the worst case scenario , have wondered if the cash in bank is spent..then would the gov have to settle for a payment scheme?

in which case spending more of the cash might be a good idea

I wonder if the rise might be down to ygen holders selling up and buying in?

one of the question marks i have had is who would buy into NCYT in the future? ok past holders willing to speculate on dispute outcome.

i am not sure a lot of new aim speculators would be looking at ncyt as opposed to other more " saxier" stocks.

however ygen holders is another new pool now...they already liked the products that will be added if the sale goes ahead.

maybe the realisation that time is running out and every day it is less likely a competitor will appear? so they are getting in before the SP increases?

that is understatement of the day. company worth what it has in cash only...as the portfolio is loss making year after year and the management and sales team could not sell last ice cold beer in the desert

the beauty about saying confident is that it is vague..it needs no proof and does not have to be quantified...it is also difficult to hold someone to account for stating it.

lets be honest it is meaningless...and used to froth up an rns when there is nothing else to say and a urine poor performance.

i hope for holders sakes that they have somethhing tangible when the rns with an update ever arrives.

oh and the beauty is that no they would not have to drop an rns if they did become less confident....plus they could still post worse than expected sales and still be "confident" of the future,

anyone holding on "confidence of odx bod" really needs a good look at themselves
