It is not a pump and dump - as nobody is really doing a concerted effort to "pump" the share.
the rise is down to the ygen offer - which we will get news of pretty soon.
the issue is what market cap will the market decide we are worth if it goes ahead? is there still mileage in SP or have we overshot (according to the market)?
if there is a vote against - we will no doubt get hammered. However all i can see is the inevitable being delayed. no one else has made an offer and i doubt whether could/would place again.
fingers crossed this is the start of the turnaround
The price has been above 4p since the placing. If the bucket shop flippers has wanted to convert the warrants they could have done so already.
They could also buy in the market at almost half the placing price..if they felt it was worth it.
As could the bod. Funny how they ..who as you quite rightly pointed out..know their business better than any of us on here ..still don't think it is cheap enough to buy. What does that tell you? Think about it
The evidence of cash burn is the latest "research note" paid for by odx and delivered by finncRap...where it stated cash in bank at financial year end is estimated at £3.2m
Jeez...if you spent less time pestering posters on here and do a bit of research ..you would not be so out of pocket
RE: Ignore the noise, this will be a slow-burner recovery play10 Aug 2023 17:37
Quite honestly it has always confused me as to why posters who have nothing to say in a share they are supposedly invested in - come in only to have a pop at people who seem much more interested and knowledgeable posting on a forum dedicated to the share?
as suggested we are all making a mint from some secret cabal of employers paying us to deramp - whilst they seem to lose money every day - and don't seem to research why that might be?
RE: Low Volume Sell Off Continues10 Aug 2023 09:26
How can it be an empty room if you replied within 4 mins?..lol...
you remind me of someone else who used to come on to have a pop at other posters...saying they had no life...but he had a life presumably coming on to have a go at other posters????..proper james bond that
and then you ask if anyone is buying odx share? there is a tab which shows you trades....though the buy and sells are not always accurate. direction of sp will tell you which is more
the pre production was to be paid back via profits from product. no product then has to be paid back via cash. i honestly cant see odx having a leg to stand on. contract trumps moral obligation
the ppe scandal raised its head again last week...video on truck...and is not going away.
the gov will want to be seen pursuing any tax payer cash that was mis spent. unfortunately the british small companies are easy game...rather than chasing a po box in china or india. could the gov be seen to not be chasing odx? i dont think so
the gov are already going after ncyt.
most commercial litigation cases get resolved pre court (about 70% i thnk)...
so ncyt may get a compromise.
at this point i would not be surprised if court were sought for odx dispute. i think the pr would be desirable for the gov and they don't care about the additional expense
