It looks like it might be trending down now, with support breaking, as PI's capitulate. Capita has a very high beta of 6.9 and hence this is expected under the current conditions (UK bear market...). It's going to be interesting to see if it dips down to 45p, where there might be some buyers.

OK, I am now also curious about that $100m loan facility and will be talking to the company if I can't find anything else on it...

Are you able to reference anything concrete where this supposed $100m facility is mentioned? i.e. have you actually seen any written material or a video where he says what you're claiming?

Yeah, it's developing a bad smell to it, that's for sure. Management need to get off their ars*s, buy some shares and show that they're useful for something.

@Badger: Yeah, I have some DIGI. It's off the radar, but have done very nicely lately. They've also been a bit quiet for a while like ARGO, but they've exploded recently. I think they're about to do a NASDAQ listing...

In terms of volume, it looks like the best blue day since mid June, but that's not saying much. Am keeping an eye on it.

I listened to the video again. I thought it was OK.

It's fairly obvious that they need to do another capital raise for the miners. It sounds unlikely that they'll sell a significant number of bitcoin, because he ridiculed their decision to do that last time. So it comes down to another BTC-backed loan and/or an equity raise.

The critical piece that I see here is to convince the market that this will immediately enhance the earnings in the right ratio, by publishing pre- and post financials. If they manage to do that successfully, the share price would not necessarily drop. Clearly, that did not happen with the IPO and the CFO will need to step-up to provide PW with this material well before the raise.

I urge you to contact the company yourselves and recommend that the CFO does this.

Look at the short interest. It's risen again. They're very actively shorting this now.

At least PW is a great communicator. If he has some good numbers, maybe that's going to be enough to get things moving again. He just needs to rebuild some momentum.

In 'theory', an accretive capital raise should not drop the share price, but ultimately it's up to the market to decide the new price. PW needs to do a much stronger job of convincing the market that this is the case or else he risks a repeat of the IPO episode. Yes. I've let them know this.

@K3VMC: I have over £100k invested in crypto and my second biggest holding is ARB. I disagree with you though.

I believe that ARB is now held back by the risk of a large capital raise and dilution of share holders. That's what happened last time. Why would it be different this time? If BTC drops, the value of the HODL will immediately drop and therefore the share price is likely to also drop. I'm not a troll. I'm a realist.

The market is telling me that something is very wrong here.

This announcement is like saying that there's a fire in the building and if nobody leaves, they'll all be burned..................it's a nothing. This type of thing happens all the time. They just need to fill in some paperwork and it's solved. I've been through this myself, getting new test certficates. It's not a big deal. There are some real lemmings invested in this stock.

I did tell you many weeks ago to diversify. There is a real, genuine risk here that PW pushes ahead with a large capital raise. I hope he doesn't. If he does, I can see 80-90p being in range. I'm not trying to de-ramp. I have a large holding here and an even larger one with RIOT and I know the effect of the huge RIOT capital raise, though with RIOT, being American, they've now started to recover. I'm not so sure that the ARB price would re over quickly. It would be a great deal for the *new* investors though, It's just that you + me + most others currently here would be stuffed for another 6m................................

@Pedro. I'd hoped that fund and others like it would cause significant buying here, but the volumes have been tiny. They're literally 1% or so of the BTC futures ETFs.....They might give some diversification though as you say. Personally, I'd rather just directly buy the shares in the underlying companies, so I can see them individually when their own highs occur.

In summary, the UK markets are full of people like Fevertreeman. No matter what the outcome, they'll find something negative in it.

That's very interesting. I think that's a real possibility. At the current market cap, it makes perfect sense. It's only £20m at current market cap. It's collapsed to a fraction of the IPO price now. I also wonder if the founders might have an interest again.
