I added some more this morning, seeing increased volume, improved technicals and the reinforced conviction that somebody will make an offer for the company or they'll start winning more contracts after COP26... Let's see!

I view it very much simpler:

- If gold drops, CEY will drop.
- If gold rises, CEY will rise, except when there's negative CEY news

Gold looking positive for the past few 'hours'. Let's hope it can hold it for more than 1 day.

I've felt like that many times with CPI since starting to trade it early last year...it's always been profitable, though admittedly, some of the trades have lasted several months...

If price, fundamentals and institutional buying is anything to go on, I think it's going to rise signficantly rise over the next few months and I'm now holding with a large'ish position. It's a painful process - I definitely agree....

People piling back into equities after the rates decisions. ****Hopefully**** might lift us if BTC behaves.

The volume has definitely ticked up, but there's also lots of selling into that strength. Presumably Schroder's selling again.

These metrics, like 'beta' are just a stab in the dark, trying to use statistics to explain something that's not random ... but it's better than nothing.

The Debenhams beauty busines is not even in the price. That was one of the few really successful parts of Debenhams and should do very nicely under Boo.

I'm not overly concerned by the short. It's like pulling the cork below the waterline. At some point they'll let go and it's going to pop back up.

It's dirt cheap, priced for insolvency, but it's actually a very solid turnaround situation now. Just look at the fundamentals in Stockpedia. Also, major funds have bought in at the same level as me - I'll be adding significantly more very soon.

Is anybody able to shed any light on this facility which was mentioned in the RNS from Wed 10'Feb?

Has it been spent?
Was it retracted by the lender?

RIOT, like ARB have a long way to go. That's if BTC doesn't pullback - if that happens we're screwed... or have the 'opportunity to add', depending on your outlook/risk appetite...

@Amenensia: RIOT has started to move over the past weekl.... It's just ARB that's not moving now.

I think ARB 'should' eventually move, but let's see. They need to end this funding uncertainty. It's killing the share price, like it did with RIOT for a while. In terms of facility, ARB has a lot to learn from RIOT. The Whinstone facility is just awe inspiring. Listen to what Jason says. His team is v. quick and incredible efficient. It will be the world's largest bitcoin mining facility...

I generally hold all of the miners, but have now scaled out of everything except RIOT and ARB.

We don't know yet. A business is rarely valued on the cash it has, because management can fritter that cash away, i.e. on bonues and nice offices... I think that covid is here forever now, like the flu, but I'm not yet 10)5 confident that NCYT will be providing the tests. We'll have to see.

Good News: I think most of the problem here is from PI's rather than the company
Bad News: This share was ~12p before covid, so it could (in theory) fall a LOT lower

FYI: Biotech is v. risky. Didn't you know that? I rarely touch it.
