I think it's already world class. Problem is, I doubt the share price will ever reflect that while listed on LSE. They need to dump LSE.

LSE is a joke overseas. It's viewed as a market stuffed full of dusty old oil, gas and engineering companies. The FTSE is a total joke, going nowhere in 10 years, losing money for most people. Listing a tech company here is death for its share price. De-list ARB from LSE and change listing to native NASDAQ listing. That's the only long-term strategy.

In summary - my own plan is to cease buying UK-listed stocks. Their performance is abysmal compared to the US. Nothing can change that. Hard now to understand why ARB would bother with the UK at all. It's an irrelevance to the company.

That's definitely one of the problems. Best long-term path is to de-list from UK/Europe. Change Nasdaq to native/primary listing without ARD. US investors do not like/trust ARDs or 'foreign' shares. UK investors *cannot* support a tech stock like this. Tech stocks need the US market and US investors. Most UK investors are damp squibs.

I crunched the numbers and from what I see, the market cap is supported by the current Wresstle production. Assuming $1m since start of Wresstle (19 Aug 2021/75 days), that's equivalent to $4m annually, or £2.9m. That would give a mkt cap/revenue multiple of 5.8. It's not ridiculous. If Wresstle improved production efficiency by 50% (likely), the multiple drops significantly.

Everything said, I think this could head down steeply from here. This board has some diehard losers/shorters.

I thought it was excellent. Consistently profitable; increasing revenue; Liquidnet developing nicely.
Bonkers market will probably be disappointed, wanting at least a trillion dollars profit, and forecasting bankruptcy by 12 noon tomorrow.

Looking at the Arden note from 13 Oct 2021, Wresstle accounts for 3p in the share price.

Is anybody able to unemotionally/neutrally defend or refute the valuation in the Arden note?

FYI: I'm not interested in complete tosh, which seems to be 99% of this channel.

I would have thought the market cap is supported by Wresstle alone at the money being generated.

At this level, you'd think one of the big wind operators, a competitor or the existing founder would make an offer...

Long-term - definitely looking great in my opinion. Short-term - negative momentum.

Personally, I don't see many gold miners rising significantly until gold breaks above $1900. Sure, there might be some ups/downs, but they'll mostly trade in a range. Maybe they'll gradually start to drift higher if/when we break $1850.

That's just my opinion. It might be 100% wrong like all other opinions...

I have a decent sized long position here (deeply underwater), but I tend to agree now that the chart 'looks' like it's heading lower. The shorters seem to have the upper hand here for the moment. It's a mystery why this share has such a large range compared to Boohoo, but there's something 'magnetic' about its attraction to 2000p or lower, maybe 1000p. I know this seems ridiculous, but that's the chart....

One thing to note is that FCA doesn't seem to care about spoofing or market abuse via fake orders. I get the impression that they've given up and/or don't have the skills to investigate it.

I've filed a similar report to them, but I'm not holding my breath for any action. This is why a lot of international investors refer to the UK markets as 'Londonistan'.

Having your share frozen like this is a very bad look.

I received the same response from NETW. It's very hard to believe. It's not normal that a share has this high a level of short sellers. There's something very coordinated going on here. Also, I don't believe that NETW are as clueless about the situation as they say. Why would hedge funds have such large- and increasing positions? I originally though that these would reduce after the DPO completion, but was wrong. It looks like coordinated manipulation of the share price. A bit like a football game, kicking the ball around.

Further to my remarks on bringing back James Ritchie-Bland, if the mkt cap drops much more, I wonder if this would become attractive to him?
