I am a greedy investor/trader, but I know that what he's doing with that video is absolutely vital. I don't think you realise just how critical community event that was. Same for the ESG angle. ESG is even more important. If ESG concerns surface from COP26, you can look forward to BTC literally halving o/n or worse. It could literally kill it outright. Same story if you don't get the community onboard. ARB would literally be destroyed.

A great promotional video, at a time when ESG concerns over crypto are absolutely critical.

I wonder the same myself. It seems ridiculous to have all these separate entities for such a tiny company. Maybe you shoudl contact Investor Relations. I think I'll do the same.

I'm an active trader in oil, gas and some commodities and I don't see the bonanza that you claim exists.

What's your point? do you get-off by trying to frighten people? I feel sorry for any person that is so bored with life that they hand around LSE boards, spreading doom and gloom to strangers, when they have neither a short- or long position. I am sorry to get personal, but that henaviour strikes me as the profile of a loser.

FYI: From what I see, this is only a small BTC pullback so far. If you look back to earlier this year, the drops were much bigger than this. You should realise this when investing in crypto. I would not be at all surprised to see BTC drop another 10% before rising.

Yes, it has DROPPED more than 2% today. That is a large drop for oil. All major oil producers have followed.

It is true that oil has risen, but oil producers have NOT yet followed the same trajectory. If you bought Shell and/or BP 18-months ago, you would still be underwater. Ask any long-term holder of BP or Shell how well those investmnets are going.

If you're going to make such comments, please occasionally offer some facts to back them up rather than just make stupid comments which have no factual basis.

As an example. Average Volume is 51,374, while today's volume is 458,824. i.e. close to 10x the usual volume.

The volume is not low. It is HUGE. Looking in Stockopedia, the SELL volume, which started just after the RNS is the largest it's been in 10y. That is NOT PI's.

I agree with that 100%. It is as clear as day that one or more funds is reducing or liquidating their position. I have a large'ish position on FSJ, but am not planning to add even 1 share until a bottom has formed. That could be a *lot* lower than the current share price. As Peter Lynch says in his 'how low can it go' comments. If you haven't heard it, you need to listen to it.

I have reported very obvious, glaring instances of insider market abuse and trading to the FCA and I have never got a response. It's unlikely that you will ever get a response. The UK markets are now *full* of manipulation. A lot of US traders refer to the London markets as 'Londonistan'. It's accelerated since the publication of Flash Crash. I estimate that there are more gangs involved in manipulating stocks in the UK than in trafficking herion - because it's much, much easier and the authorities almost never catch anybody. Seriously, I tried to follow up with the FCA and I had to spend time explaining what short-selling was. They had no idea at all. I've never worked out what is going on with NETW, but it's more complicated than the other cases I've seen and has almost zero chance of catching anybody.

Guys. It's the effect of BTC dropping. You surely must have known that. Have you even bothered to look at the prices of the other miners? It's a bloodbath.

If you don't like it - sell and disappear from the board. I have no plans whatsoever of selling. It's the usual stuff of a high volatility stock. I knew ARB would drop today and that this board would be full of whingers, so I spent the afternoon in the gym instead.

I've just spent a few hours working through the Stock-2-Flow model and looking at on-chain metrics. It's v. interesting. You should look at it. I don't (yet) see anything too concerning. I said last week that BTC was about to pullback and I sold most of my ARB position and am now rebuilding. You had the same opportunity! If you've got trully enormous kahuna's (I don't) then you chose to hold long-term and ride out the volatility. That was your choice.

BTC could drop lower from here or it could rise. I only hope that the board will have fewer whingers and losing traders tomorrow.

The important point here, unless I am mistaken, is that Biles said that they'd fund future acquisitions out of free cashflow, but he's almost immediately gone and issued new shares to buy a new company. Investors in INCE are now forced to invest in a company that has been *unprofitable* for 5 out of the past 6 years. It makes it difficult (impossible?) to compare INCE to any other listed law firm, because they do so many things; *none* very profitably. It strikes me that he has no concern at all about share holders. He's on a personal mission to create a menagerie.

In summary, they're very similar, but ATYM makes about twice the net profit and is cheaper.

It could be argued that CAML is worth a premium, because it has a long history of paying a solid dividend, while ATYM does not.

With the selling that I'm seeing, it doesn't look just like stop-losses to me. It looks like a fund or some big player offloading. I hope I'm wrong. I don't see any significant reduction RNS yet; realistically, it could go a lot lower if funds are offloading. I'm standing back.

@Stefano, I hope you're right about the bounce up. The price I see is another ~10% down from yesterday...

@damofarl: I'm definitely not giving up on INCE. Just the legal business itself is exceptionally cheap compared to competitors and the revenue last year topped £100m for the first time. It's just an odd purchase at this time, in my opinion.

Companies use brokerages like that to write flattering articles in order to sell more shares. He'd have been better off hiring them to promote INCE rather than buy the darn firm...
