Despite management's past demeanours I am giving them the benefit of the doubt this time. Virtually every resource stock I hold has had announcement delays because of Covid. We will get our announcement, just not sure when exactly.

I have not read either of the authors you refer to, so cannot comment, but the McKinsey report should be very well researched given their reputation-perhaps you can post the link later once you have 10 posts to your name.
You will find this Board very informative and the posters very well researched-several of them hold very large positions. It is also (at the moment) a very collabrative Board where you can learn alot. Good luck if you decide to buy-the upside here is phenomenal in my opinion and we remain under the radar of many.

Not a bad thing in my opinion Notready.It shows how under the radar we are-once we get the expectednewsflow the story and the value will out and I expect we could get a rush of new investors-that is why now is a good time to make sure we have all got our required positions.

There has been a Robinhood trader short squeeze going on in silver since last Wednesday-seems to have gained some momentum.

Despite misgivings about the company's ability to communicate properly or indeed appropriately the shares are now simply too cheap.

We have a current EV on the company at the current cash level(£91m) of £536m.So the market is saying that the actual value of the operational company is £536 million for a business that Numis forecasts will throw off sales of £312 million in 2021 and £173m in 2022,produce EBITDA of £201 million in 2021 and £91 million in 2022.

Furthermore Numis forecasts cash on balance sheet of £278million in 2021 and £390m by 2022.So by 2022 we will have cash on balance sheet of equivalent to 62% of the company's current market cap and giving the operational company an EV of only £235million!!

This is ludicrous.Despite all our misgivings about AIM markets are eventually efficient and this is a huge valuation anomaly.Either the market will eventually take it higher or Glaxo will-probably at fairly cheap price at which time it will be too late for Mullis to kick himself for getting his comms strategy wrong.

By "share price collapse last week",I meant the FT article induced collapse, not yesterday's debacle.

..."No news is good news"...genius from our IR executive.As I have always maintained great company dreadful IR/comms.They need to fix this now or we will all continue to suffer share action like we had yesterday.The outlook statement was dreadfully written and that it my opinion hit the shares-the numbers, cashflow etc were excellent.There is so much more to look forward to here.They have to be careful with forward statements obviously, but they could have expressed some of the positivity they obviously feel proven by their heavy share purchases.I hope they read LSE-many people feel like I do and they need now to focus on IR/comms and get a professional to lead the effort.The share collapse last week fully warranted a "we know no reason...etc" RNS or tweet.We got nothing.ABDX put out an RNS and ODX tweeted.
We will all continue to suffer a volatile share price until the issue is fixes-get on with it NCYT.

I would think they would probably do a share consolidation.Say a 1 for 2.So assuming a price of 6p for every 2 shares you hold at 6p you now hold 1 at 12p.Ratio could be anything.

Okay,thanks for confirmation-so I assume that is what we are waiting for. Annoying, but far from disastrous.

Forgive me if I am wrong, but I thought they had to have a legally agreed share reduction before announcing/paying the divi.
This may well be the blockage at the moment.The courts are way behind schedule due to Covid.

Thanks for the clarification Joe. I really like the looks of PRE. Management looks very good and I like the appointment of Baroness Lindsay Northover as a non exec-all the right credentials. I am very relaxed about recent weakness, it is all pretty explainable.I have been selling out of NCYT and building a good sized position here as well as adding to my HZM.

I would have thought 9-10p easily doable initially.

Excellent summary of progress. Looking forward to seeing the BFS.
