Hi VV-I have sent Anna two emails over the weekend.Do you mind if I wait a bit to ask that VWAP question as I do not want to make a pain of myself.My own thinking on this is that the prospective cornerstone would have been consulted about this raise and would have supported it on the basis that it is healthy to have more institutions on the register.If I read the RNS right settlement is tomorrow, so no TRIs (if any) until tomorrow.I still think we will see the cornerstone in at 12 p, but do not expect any further instos in at that stage-all in my opinion-I may be wrong.

In response to my email:

1.Confirmed-Brazilian Banks are included in the $325 million bank debt facility.
2.This equity raise forms part of the overall project finance package and therefore lowers the equity requirement in the main, completion raise.

Bluebudgie-Question re NPV calculators was raised in a follow up email and still awaiting answer.

Hi Longfell-yes quite a lot of nervousness and negativity on here and on ADVFN.
Personally I am neither negative or worried.I think the placing was an opportunistic bit of business.Could they have got a better price than 7.5p, probably, but they are in a hurry and already late and the overnight placing raised money quickly and seamlessly.It enables them to move ahead operationally while giving them a stronger position to negotiate an excellent debt deal.
However,I do now expect a very good, shareholder friendly final deal, with minimal new equity being issued.I stated earlier I was looking for $30 million at 12p.I would be happy with that,but would hope we get better.
Discounted equity raises are the norm in AIM listed mining companies, most experienced investors should know this and if they do not accept it should probably not invest in the sector.
On HZM, as mentioned above,I think the move was opportunistic, but for good sound reasons.I bought more on Friday and will continue to do so if the shares are weak next week-although this will mean that I have to cash out of other shares at unsatisfactory prices to get the funds.
Tomorrow will be interesting.

I thought Jeremy looked fine and came across pretty confidently.I am firmly in the camp that this deal was to strengthen the balance sheet to give us maximum negotiating power with the debt providers.
In my mail to Anna,I also asked if we can expect a lower equity component now in the main deal-doubt she will answer that though.

Will check with Anna just to get 100% certainty-will post here when I get the answer.

Ivor-I am not saying that is impossible at all, but I do think there will still be a bit more equity-as you point out we know there are active discussions with 3 offtakers..What I am not clear on is whether the Brazilian Bank's $32 million is in addition to the syndicate $325 million or part of it.I will e-mail Anna Legge on Monday to clarify.

My predictions are now $30 million equity at 12p in the big deal.Thought that deal would be March/April, now think June.
Price after the deal 15-17p,price at year end 2021 25-30p.

Sorry-$39m Capex,not £39m and getting cheap all the time as the $ depreciates against £.

Probably will not be independent in 5 years.But do not forget we only have £39 million of Capex to fund.The $450 million NPV is based on only 25% of the resource.If still independent £350-450million quite achievable.

Beardozer-the exit from ASX has a lot to do with the 16% rise yesterday.It was the first day of trading for about 3 weeks (since the delist was announced) that we have not had persistent Aussie retail selling .The price has been depressed all through the now completed delist.We have an awful lot of catching up to do and our Business Plan due next week should act as a major catalyst.

£5 by December? Hope so,but doubt it,£3 may be possible.See £10 in 5 years if BP have not taken us out by then.
