All investors and potential investors have a right to the facts being shared by the company so they can make informed decision on whether to buy sell or indeed participate in the recent placing. It would appear from the release of the accounts that some of the information being shared prior to the placing was a little flamboyant.

It is up to Dennis to confirm to the market the true state of play - are we or are we not producing, SELLING and being PAID for the product.

RNS last week stated Peel Hunt were appointed as joint corporate broker while Peel Hunt RNS states they have been appointed as SOLE corporate broker.

I would expect Board to confirm which is the case with an updated RNS

Peel hunt are renowned for they stock analysis - wouldn’t be surprised if a broker note is being worked on
