Three options in my mind

(1) they / their auditors are just incompetent and cannot meet indicated deadlines

(2) they are trying to get a placing away which is taking time due to economic climate

(3) they are strategically holding back accounts as they want to release major offtake deal at the same time

Fingers crossed it is the last but we wait and see

My point was more to do with lack of communication from dennis. For months now we have been calling for clarity over production, sales, income but nothing has been forthcoming. Fully expect the MMs to drop share price on a few sells as the appetite for buyers isn’t there

Down to 0.75 now - who would have thought it after Dennis’s very bullish placing and warrants in November. now 50% of placing price and still silence

I have worked on the assumption that 45 days is working days - 9 weeks - therefore first week in April.

There was nothing of interest noted in Arcadia’s quarterly report that came out last week.

Can only think that we are involved / waiting on this outcome

The biggest risk is supply. If aviation fuel doesn’t get through then in 4 weeks there will be a massive supply issue and flights globally will start getting cancelled as there won’t be fuel for the planes

Numerous investors on this forum have been calling for transparency from Dennis for months now and there has been nothing. We know he reads these boards but has chose no to update or respond to concerns via RNS. This degree of disrespect is a real surprise for someone who has needed us constantly to put our hands in our pockets so his and his teams salaries can be paid.

The trigger for me will be if he rolls over the loans to his pals again at stupid interest rates

Couldn’t agree more and, in the last video, he emphasised that South Africa basically close down for a month during December and January.

Are we going to get an update that they close down for 2 months for Easter !

This is going one of two ways - dennis is either ashamed that he mislead investors down the garden path with his placing and warrants last year or, he is laughing behind our backs and about to release a bumper of an RNS

Sadly, Even if it is the latter, we are going to need to see the best part of 100% rise to get back the where we were pre and post placing

And still silence from Dennis - shares have fallen over 50% since last update. Ned to now almost double to get back to placing price of 1.5p

Are accounts being held back to time the release of a major off take agreement? There is only so many times you can say that negotiations are progressing well 😂

Restoration was 1st April last year. I would expect an RNS Monday giving an explanation

45 minutes to go until 3rd delay is missed.

he too can’t be happy nether our 2 big holder who took a lot of the placing shares at 1.5p - need almost 80% to get back to there

He continues to hide away and he knows fine well shareholders are disgruntled

Strange share price action of late - some good buys but MMs won’t take SP over 1p and then a few sells and they drop it 5%

What at we now - 18 month low, 120% ROI to get my to last years high, 60% to placing price and approaching 200% for warrants.

It is no wonder why there are no new investors coming in at this stage and sadly, flamboyant videos, any going to change anything

Once again shareholders are asking for a current state of play Dennis - at least have the decency to update those who find you salary
