Thought the video last week in the RNS said this week was a big week for KZG ?

Let’s wait and see if any update comes but I would seem pretty misguided if I had participated in the placing at 1.5 with 2.5p warrants expiring in 9 months time

Maybe he can pull a rabbit out of the hat but many long term holders have been waiting for the so call transformation news for years

Maybe the delay could be because Arcadia has granted Xinhai an exclusive 45-day option to enter into a definitive agreement to develop Swanson. Once that 45 period is up (mid March) we may see an agreement with Xinhai

They have either deliberately left aftan out from the recent update because nothing is happening which would be disappointing or, something pivotal is about to be announced. Fingers crossed it is the latter but have to agree that the constant delays and lack of clarity from the board is becoming more and more frustrating

Let’s see if this realists by the end of next week

We can just hope KZG will turn the corner. Bernard mentioned I think in last weeks video that this was a big week for KZG - was that more jam tomorrow or will be in for something pivotal.

Certainly need some progress as gain from last update has already been given back in less than a week

Not going to see significant share price rise until an off take agreement or more is secured which they have alluded to in the last few RNS’s

Once we start generating positive cash flow with forward looking increased production and sales is when we could be multiples of the current share price

Next 3 months is critical for iron to show their colours

I just don’t get why investors are so desperate to see their paper value higher. We have been producing, shipping and getting paid. Let’s leave the company to do what they do and if that is seen positively by investors then the share price will move accordingly .

Yep - hopefully an RNS with an update on offtake before accounts released. They have know said on multiple occasions how many folk they have been talking to and how many folk are interest in their product.

Now is the time for action following so many false dawns

Don’t think for one minute the company is too bothered about the share price today and certainly won’t be considering releasing an RNS just to make investors feel better. We all know the plan and their strategy which, if achieved should naturally be reflected in the share price in due course.

Patience required and let the story unfold

Don agree that the next shipment or any or of the shipments need to be RNSed as the company has already disclosed their plan.

I would expect them to RNS if the shipment didn’t happen or there was a material change to the quality, quantity and timing of a shipment.

Company not withholding any price sensitive information that would break AIM rules - NOMAD will keep them straight in any case

Jaglith obviously has insider information which he has decided to share in a public forum stating that he knows the discounted placing is being worked as we speak.

We should all maybe pay more attention to him if he is going to share price sensitive information he has about Prem

I am unsure whether the 10,000 tones was ever delivered. Their paid in advance but this was converted into a load as per the accounts released in December because the product never met the quality of the buyer

From my reading I cannot see that we have actually sold any HMS to date and been paid for it, hence my concern

I am looking honesty and transparency in a CEO of any business. I do believe that this investment will come good in time but there always seems to be a very optimistic timeline here. we were told we would become cash flow positive I think in 2024 and as yet, have had a minimal income and still burning cash.l to find increased daily operations.

The way I see is that we are valued as an explorer with no income. All this can change overnight if we get an off-take or too.

Today’s video highlights a big week next week and talking to potential offtake partners too. We have however have had numerous “it all about to happen” videos over the past year.

Sitting with over 1% of the shares is issue (12m) I want this company to success as much as everyone else.

Also only have 10 weeks until the loan term is up - the one where the company negotiated an interest rate of 10% with a 10% fee for 6 months in October.

No details on sales / offtake agreement/s so assume we are still not selling any product and just spending the raised money on equipment, staff and operations.

Hopefully they have all this in hand especially as they are ramping up product which will cost.

Lack of news = lack of interest

I’ve taken the opportunity to rewatch the stock box interviews from 2025. Non of the pivotal value adds appear to be have been achieved hence why the share price is half of what it reached last year.

Let’s hope they have some news - not been on operational update since placing

Personally would have expected the news flow to be somewhat faster than it has been
