Post Quarter: Arcadia announced approval of a trading halt requested from ASX

pending the release of announcements regarding an earn-in on the Swanson Tantalum

mine and a proposed capital raising.

o The expected announcement regarding an earn-in follows after several interested

parties have highlighted the project's expansion potential beyond the original DFS

parameters through exploration of surrounding tenements at the TVC Project, which

could potentially underpin an extended mine life and higher throughput rates.1

Certainly need to make progress otherwise we run the risk of the account to June 2026 show little if any income again

Whilst everyone would love to attend AGMs and have a chat afterwards it’s not always possible.

Certainly a lack of confidence in KZG with a sea of red showing albeit on relatively low volume

Do he say whether we are actually selling HMS and getting paid for it?

Maybe a RNS in the morning ?

If I was a betting on an update on AFTAN we will either get an RNS today after the bell or at 7am tomorrow morning.

Strange that there has been no update before the AGM unless some news was imminent

Let’s wait and see if we get an RNS saying they have sold some of their shares to meet the income tax and NI liability. If they don’t, shows confidence that they are meeting this liability from the own resource

Could the changes to the board and exercising share options be in preparation for a full company sale?

Swanson Tantalum Mine (“Swanson”)

Arcadia has completed an extensive competitive offtake and funding process for Swanson,

with multiple interested parties accessing the data room and visiting site. Several parties have

highlighted the project's expansion potential beyond the original DFS parameters through

exploration of surrounding tenements at the TVC Project, which could potentially underpin an

extended mine life and higher throughput rates. Discussions with certain interested parties are

ongoing. Swanson stands to benefit from its status as an ethical source of tantalum

concentrate and modest development CAPEX of US$9.8m.5

In line with its corporate strategy, Arcadia continues to engage with potential strategic equity

and offtake partners for Swanson

Certainly interesting and many on this board have suspected a link between Arcadia and our mine

Are we going to be playing guess the ship every month?

If they are not going to be published this week I would expect an updated RNS. missed timelines are starting to become the norm and the last thing the board need is more lack of confidence from investors.

Let’s hope for the accounts and an operational update by the end of the week

Unfortunately not able to this year. As we haven’t had an update I think it will be a box ticking exercise. Maybe a jam tomorrow RNS in the morning

Volume a lot lighter today than yesterday though

Usually see these TR1s appear a few days later, not several months later.
