The accounts are prepared on a going concern basis so they have to be confident they have enough cash resource (including business agreements entered into) or ability to raise cash via placing if needed

I still see the possibility of a raise but then again, if they land one of the may deals highlighted in last rns then the sky is the limit

Was the night before suspension ……

Had a wee top up just before close - hopefully there will be some announcement after the suspension and before accounts submitted - was alluded to in last RNS bit that also painted a picture of doing business and getting contracts on every part of the world.

Disappointing year all round for the share price here

Would agree and wouldn’t dismiss a possible placing.

We have secured a sample deal and they are prepaying this upfront - implies we have e little cash.

The other deals mentioned are “hopefuls” and may not even get to the stage of samples - for many long term iron investors we have been here before with these deals that never materialised - just giving balance

Hopefully new bod are not the same as the old and 2026 hopefully sees the first proper revenue being received

Total signs of desperation and embarrassment that they announce delay in accounts 10 days before they are due.

Lets wait and see if we get a placing RNS too

At least some have benefitted from investing in KZG in 2025 - obviously insiders first - maybe our turn in 2026

What are the odds that there is another problem with triton ? A delay usually means further issues

Did note last weeks acquisition RNS stated reliability of production — is this implying that triton is still unreliable. We will ha e to wait and see

I have resisted adding any more albeit I have been so tempted to do so. I am well exposed here and also significantly in profit. My head for a change is saying stay sensible - I remember many unbelievable stocks that have been so cheap and are going to the moon only for the share price tie be decimated. Sadly I have invested in a good few and I am sure other here have too.

Somehow, I think this may be a little different - not getting carried away by multiples of the share price but a reach and hold at 2p wold be a good start

Love your optimism and these things sometimes do happen - i benefitted massively in the old days of Kennedy ventures when the share price 6 bagged in 2017.

If we hit 2.5p before Nov 2026 i will be more than pleased - if we get to 10p my shares will be worth 7 figures and I will be a man of leisure 😂

Don’t disagree that 2A won’t add value in time, once we have scaled up, producing and selling more. This is when the share price will start to motor. I just don’t see this happening within an 11 month time frame for the warrants to be of any value, unless of course a strategic partner comes in on granting of the licence (which I am expecting)

2025 has been very disappointing for a share perspective - down 25% over the year of which significant progress appears to have been achieved. Still a few weeks left and anything can happen -

Personally don’t think the granting of licence will add any more than a few percentage points to the price - if it comes with the announcement of a strategic partner (which I fully expect) we could see a good rise but don’t see this single announcement

It’s going to be interesting to see how 2026 pans out.

With warrants issued at 2.5p expiring in les than 12 months now, for these to be worth anything to investors, the share price is going to have to double

For me, there a 2 catalysts that can move

The share price forward - will they be enough

To see it double - I don’t know?

Aftan mine - recovery of some of the cash due or sale of mine to another investor could add some

2A mining right granted may add a little but it is pretty much nailed on it is going to be granted. The biggest opportunity is if we get an investor / off take partner on board to bring 2A into production quicker and generate a significantly higher amount of HMS

There is of course the outside chance that me may find some very big diamond that can give is a boost.

Dennis says this year has been transformational - let hope that this happens to the share price in 2026

Will be interesting to see if offer was over subscribed and what trading, if any takes place tomorrow

Would be very surprised if the company is sold as it’s an investment company, not a trading business. Yes, they could sell the underlying investments but suspect that would be way more than a year down the line - I personally cannot see 2A being developed before 2027 and the warrants would have expired

I also don’t see the share price being over 2.5 in the next 12 months - you can call me negative but that just my personal opinion - I would be happy if we could settle around the 2p mark.

Cannot see shares rising 75% on 2A

Would have been happy to participate in the offer but warrants have to be exercised within 12 months (or sooner if share price remains about 2.5p for x days) so I’m happy to stick with main market purchases

The language has certainly changed a lot about 2A - it is all about when they issue the licence not if.

Aftan solution seems to be well advanced with 3 parties in they they hope to have a solution before court case at start of 2026

Could be get double bubble before the end of the year to make it a transformational one ?

Only downside is that we still don’t know if we are making any money

Fully expected that the offer would be filled early / over subscribed. Now this is out of the way, hopefully we should see the share price kick on in the coming weeks - certainly some pivotal news flow items expected in the coming months
