When there is a large buy order they may want to drop the bid to sweep up some sells to fill the order. but also may raise the ask to discourage buyers until the order is filled

I think most investors would expect a minimum of an operational update prior to the AGM and possible a corporate update too.

Agree that to participial is down to an individual but that individual will morally make an informed decision on what information the company has published.

We were led to believe that we we selling to our offtake partner only to find out when the accounts were release that they had rejected our product and the advance payment for the product has been converted into a loan.

It is a very simple question for Denis To answer - are we or are we not SELLING HMS?
