Totally agree - this is a make or break year for Dennis

Got placing away at what is now almost a 50% premium and sold the dream to the PIs with warrants (exercised by November this year) at 150% premium.

He will either be our saviour or have a legacy for manipulating the trust with investors

I am confident it will be the former and the silence from the bod suggests to me they are waiting to announce something big (which we have been let to believe will be announced over the past 6 months)

Bound to be a few PI sellers around cashing in on the short term rise but general trend I expected is up the way - 0.5p to 0.6p by end of Q1 woudl tick many boxes for me

Couldn’t agree more - we were ment to be selling under our off take agreement to Fujax - they paid I think £600,000 in advance and according to the RNS 7th July sales were continuing.

In the account however, the material didn’t meet the requirement and the prepayment has been converted into a loan to KZG

think Dennis needs to come clean and state for the record if we are actually selling anything

Dennis has 16,840,510 Ordinary Shares

Around half were purchase at 0.7p, and half at 0.8p. He did exercise an option for 10m share last year at 1p but sold almost all of these on vesting - I’m assume to meet some of the income tax and national insurance liability.

I can’t see that he has any more options out there but maybe someone else could clarify

Talks a very good game but actually what has he delivered on….. as far as I can see nothing to date apart from a few diamonds

He needs to clarify what is actually going on as a matter of urgency otherwise this will end up sub 1p before the AGM

From the last update - still don’t know if we are selling HMS and if we are, are we cash flow positive?

Disagree that the MMs should be moving this up to create interest. Their job is to create a market. Supply / demand will dictate how the MMs change the price

With the rise in lithium price over the past quarter the mine should appeal, especially as they acquired a lithium permit a year or so ago

Simples - there are next to no willing buyers hence why the price isn’t moving up. Market is made by supply and demand -

With the expectation that the shares will relist later this month with the planned submission of the accounts, ate we going to get an updated before hand as possibly hinted in the last RNS

One positive is they got the main placing away at 1.5p which included out main investors taking more share (and warrants at 2.5p but we’ll worry about those later 😂)

The sad thing is that if you were to buy 7m of shares it wouldn’t rise by 8% ! Just no demand out there at the moment and don’t think there will be until some of this pivotal news we are all expecting materialises / is released

Certainly an unloved or unconvincing investment at the time - could be struggling to keep above 1p at this rate - hard to below that less that 12 months ago we were north of 2p
