Has dennis been spinning us along like his predecessors? Nothing transformational about this share…. Yearly lows are upon us

It is such a shame that the bod have failed to communicate progress or share forward looking plans - that why the share price is where it is.

Had the board respect for investors and communicated this share would have e been transformational on its own.

9 months into the year and no shareholder return, no clear understanding if we are making a profit, selling ore or anything else.

Don’t be blinkered by the oops update in May - that was to get the planned placing away. Virtually zero since - no wonder investors are looking confidence in this co

Said months ago that we wouldn’t get an update until after the summer - lack of news is concerning - last time we got some hype was so they could raise. Wouldn’t be surprise if we get another hyped progress update and then another placing.

My view on this is that what we do is linked to Arcadia. They have received several initial offers of finance for the swanston mine but have yet to announce anything. Our mine is right in the middle of the subject area.

Once the period has ended and the auction held hopefully we will be told how many diamond were sold, average price per ct and royalties paid. An estimate of likely forward production would be helpful too.

I don’t think the profit numbers quoted on this board are likely to be achieved as Dennis clearly mentioned that HMS would be the main contributor to profit

I really do hope that Dennis can provide a forward looking statement on production, targeted turnover and expected profitability. This I believe is the only way to drive Investor interest and meet the “transformational year” statement from December 2024.

At the moment we are guessing diamond, guessing HMS and have no clue as to the level of production on either front and whether we are cash flow positive

Maybe there is a whopping diamond in the gravel they have gone through and dennis is keeping quiet until the auction 😜

That was from 100 tons of gravel. If we know what the monthly gravel throughput is targeted at we can then work out expected annual income

And the mine and phase 2 - lot of news still to be released ….

Positive update - would have been nice to get a little more meat on the bone - ie average selling price per carat, anticipated throughput of gravel per month etc. investors could then get a better understanding of the likely revenue stream

Might get an updated now the kids are back to school and the holidays over

Must be saved in the annual report template ….next year Rodders we will be rich 💰

FB - I think 2025 is ment to be the transformation year but now we are well past half way, the same sentence may be cut and pasted (again) in the final accounts.

I have a significant stake in this and want it to succeed as much as any other investor - I have been here a long time (like many other posters) who have been fed constant delays, promises, fully funded statements) - you only need to go back through RNSs and see.

Yes - they raise £800k a few months back but they also raised over £2m 8 months ago. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have burnt through a lot of their free cast

I think you are getting a bit ahead of yourself hearforhemo - “we and production and profitability” - how many mines/businesses make a profit running at 10% capacity?

Agree that this is looking promising but we should have been cash flow positive many months ago. My view is that we will get an RNS saying that they are gradually ramping up production and then a cash call for working capital purposes

Not quite sure why it will trigger an RNS as it is nothing we don’t know already - other than it’s still only running at 10% capacity

Likewise - I think we have all waited long enough for an update - especially as ME said in his last video (several months ago now) that he had some exciting news to share

In my opinion phase 2 will be a JV and this is why there is a delay - I assume ducks are still being lined up

I’m sure if the spread was tighter here there would be more interest. Looks like the MMs still need some shares - fingers crossed for an update some time this month
