About time the co provided an update - they highlight several milestone in the RNSs while the share was suspended but silence since. How on earth can they try and attract new investors when they have reverted to what would appear their old ways

My point was about exercising now (assuming news will be released in next 3 weeks) when the price could be lower and therefore a smaller tax bill

It makes no difference at all when he exercises his options - they are at 1p - whether he does this today, tomorrow or next week, there is no advantage / disadvantage to him nor any other investor. Totally different position if her were to sell options.

Wonder if he plans to see any of the options ? If he does, he would need to release any sensitive market info 1st

It’s not uncommon senior personnel to sell some shares to cover the tax liability that arises on the exercise of the option .

I’m no accountant but from my reading he would suffer income tax on the difference between option price and market price at date of exercise. Tax could be circ £50k

If it were me, I would prefer to exercise now if I expected the price to increase

We have just had our major shareholder visiting the site. For some reason I don’t think he was digging through the HMS trying to find a diamond our two.

My bet is that they will announce a major funder / shareholder for the development of the new licence area.

Would be good to see 2p broken - been a difficult bit to crack.

I suspect the next RNS will be licence grant and shortly after (if not same time) details of new investor / funding partner. This was mentioned in video last year and another hint dropped in the video yesterday. That I believe will be the transformational moment we have all been waiting for and this will then fly. Still a good time to invest IMO

Suspect the news we are all expecting is taking a little longer to sort - align’s visit to SA I suspect will have something to do with it.

An RNS we don’t provide any answers and creates more questions - have we or have we not been mining diamonds over the past 9 month?

Got a feeling ME is holding back releasing diamond sales info to tie in with some other news - diamond been mined since July 2024 - hopefully they have started to sell some - in latest video an update on diamonds was promised

Please don’t assume that folks have to average down - a lot on this board would actually be averaging up if they were to purchase more shares. Trading range being maintained at present

Totally agree - at the moment we don’t know whether the MCAP of KZD is realistic or not. Future revenue streams and cash flow projections would give a clearer understanding as to would be outcome of mine sale and expansion of HMS
