What makes everyone think these are all buys going through? They are double trades for the same number of shares which to me seems like either T20 roll overs at shares being bought / sold between two accounts

Dividend could be at risk of being reduced but depends on fix time. Each day it is down Sqz are losing around $1m in revenue - so with their time line could be circ $30m - $40m

They could put the share price into the .20s if they wanted to by dumping far more shares each day. It seem to me that that are simply selling sufficient to match the amount of buying which keeps the share price flat and at a level they are prepared to sell their shares at

No significant formal communications from board for 2 months now - you would expect with all that is going on and the board adamant that 2025 is goi g to be the transformation year - some news or general state of the nation update would have been forthcoming.

As a long term holder the board seem to be falling back into their old ways in letting the Pi second guess what is going on. I did think they turned a leaf in 2024 and started to communicate better but seems to have gone backwards again.

Just in my opinion.

Yea - I should have cashed 100% out of KOD but only took out half. Only good thing is I had a very low entry and put the 50% on here !

Kod has, what it appears to be, a large institutional seller who will take ages to to sell their entire holding unless interest and volume picks up significantly. Longer term it could still do very well and possibly a buy out from the Chinese

Would prefer the delay and subsequent suspension to last a little longer. This will give bod and chance to provide another update (off take, first shipment, cash generative, production ramp up etc) and demonstrate to shareholders that they have seriously turned a corner.

If this happens prior to accounts being published the share price may get some traction when the suspension is lifted

Many will just be annoyed by the former poor management and strategy of the company that has resulted in almost 7 billion new shares being issued.

We now need to get to a market cap of around £100m for the shares to get back to a penny

The very simple answer to the share price is that there are not enough buyers out there creating demand to push the price higher. Investors / institutions don’t see it as being that attractive and the current price otherwise they would buy in hence why volume is relatively lower and the suspected seller cannot dump their shares all that quickly

My view is that there will be a time when the share price is seen as attractive and buyers will jump in, volume will spike and the seller will offload more readily.

Until then, I see it hovering around the .4p mark for some time yet

There is an initial resource of 1.5m tones which is self replenishing. The agreement was for 100,000 tones to be taken at 6,000 tones per month.

Not sure what our monthly capacity is but if we are pretty much maxed out we need to get some more diggers !

Cone on Iron - give us a progress update - you’ve fleeced the long term holder with a massive placing so have some respect whilst taking your salaries.

Deadly silence from the board. Folks fear lack of transparency is going to persist.

Last update saying we were getting two pre-funded payments - don’t know if these have been received, no update on licence application and if there have been any appeals no update on tant mine. No update of diamonds. List goes on

I think it was that and the general ongoing running costs of the mine itself, staff costs etc.

This was when we had no money so it was a relief at the time. We should have money now but with no company update, we don’t know if we are selling diamonds, whether we have received the two pre-payments for HMS or anything else.

Hopefully bod have all this in hand and the next update will be a positive one.
