I wouldn’t necessarily agree. To start Arbitration it has to be agreeable by both parties and I would have through the co would have advised us had this not been agreed. At least both parties appear to be round the table

Rationale is that I think KAZ tweet yesterday was the last coms from the board before an extended festive break. Buyers are mostly position and the MMs will drop price on small sells.

Kzg had the same a few years back - maybe this could be the tuning point for iron? They could see be key announcements whilst the share is suspended early 2025

My understand is that to start arbitration it Has to be agreed by both parties. We don’t know if / when that was agreed and is so, when it started. Personally, I don’t think we will hear anything until next year which to me is one of the reasons for us receiving the payments in advance for the HMS sales (Dec and Jan)
