Personally I don’t see this spiking over 1p and would see it settling around .8p post announcement . As further progress updates are announced would hope to see incremental increases to SP through to production.

Not that it matters a lot to long term holders but there are many of this board who feel better if their portfolio on paper looks higher

Rumble me- look at it a different way - what does it matter if it’s raining today if you’re not going on holiday until next month ?

A good INVESTOR update - the strategy the board are following and their plan is coming to fruition and this update will be welcomed by investors. The bod do not give a jot about the day to day share price - they are just following their plan which they believe will drive longer term value for shareholder.

I really don’t understand the concern about day to day share price movements - most of this board claim to be in it for the long term but this day to day share price view is a traders mentality. Or is it people just want to see their shares on paper worth a little more each day?

If there’s another delay so be it - longer term it makes not a joy of difference

Looks like they had to arrange the £500k to ensure going concern can be established for the accounts to 30th June 2023 which they will be having to prepare. Although not published until end of the year I suspect it’s unlikely that external funding will be in by then , if at all.

Just need to give it another 12 months but what’s a year when you’ve been invested in iron for over a decade

Too many get too excited by the big trades - for every buy there is a correspond sell - that’s what make a market so it doesn’t matter if there £10k of shares bought or £1m sold - there are corresponding purchases and sales for each

Agree - they are subscribing to shares and not purchasing on the open market so won’t be xinmao unless of course they are buying more on the open market.

I suspect it was either a sell today or a buy from last week that has recently been filled - we will never know and it doesn’t really matter.

Looks like they are spending the cash from the mine the minute it comes through the door - will there be any left for a dividend payment or share buy back ?

I don’t see it as ramping but more KOD getting to the next stage on its journey to being a producer. Finding is the key part to any business and once in place should place a floor on the share price.

now if we started mining and talking about the millions and millions we are going to put in the bank without qualifying whether we actually can produce the required level and quality of product then I would say this is more like ramping

I agree that if funding doesn’t get sorted then this will tank - what assets we have in the ground may be worth a lot theoretically but on paper they won’t be - take a look at IRON - have a world class resource, massive JORC but worth next to nowt. They are however mining and producing now but share still valued as an explorer. Not promoting any other share but using this as an example to demonstrate the impact funding has whilst in explorer mode.

My view is that KOD funding will come good - it has been going on too long and if the Chinese wanted to bail I would have through they would have done it by now. All the updates with companies house show that there are continuing to progress the deal bit other parts outwith their control are slowing things down.

We’re about to sing the money for the mine into the next big thing and then the profits from HMS reinvested. I cannot see this becoming a dividend stock - maybe a one of special dividend as they ME did skirt around but I see this further away than ever

All valid points but cannot see KAZ getting taken out - it’s an investment company and and snoopers are likely to asset strip. Unfortunately with these businesses cash is rarely retuned to investors, they sell an asset, spend some cash on diggers and other plant and then look to invest it in the next big thing. Have many millions of shares here and was tempted to top up but until we get clarify on what we are producing, what we are selling and if we are actually making any money my top up will remain on hold

For the RNS confirming we have gone from an explorer to producer there wasn’t much substance to it. Missed opportunity from the Bod to make a big song and dance about it

Anglebox - the Long term holders with their hard earns cash tied up on here will no doubt be in profit - if they werent prepared to take the risk that some of this could be wiped off on Monday then they should have sold out last week sell and ban the profit. It is about fear and greed whether you are a short or long term holder

There is always a question over AIM shares being BPR qualifying. I hold some that are not, mainly because they are set up as investment companies and not trading businesses. There is also the question over the amount of cash a company holds and this can impact HMRCs view on its investment/trading status.

I am led to believe that SQZ would qualify for BRP. Just for clarity, this does not mean that are free from IHT but qualify for 100% IHT relief after being held for 2 years. Another point to be aware of is that if you transfer BOR qualifying assets to a spouse (other than on death) the two year clock starts again. Not advice DYOR
