Just because someone posted their point of view doesn’t mean they are right not wrong and it certainly doesn’t mean they are shorting the stock.

What will the share price be of no RNS Tuesday or Wednesday?

What will the share price be if we get an RNS and it says log stop date has been pushed out by a few month ?

As many positives as nagar view in the short term - everyone entitled to an opinion - if you don’t like someone’s view ignore it

Looks like a fair few are sticking with prem for the time being

You’ll be waiting a long time for them ! To June 2022 was only published last week. I hope that the board will share detailed information well before then .

Love your positivity - diamonds are an extra - we have been mining them for over a year - how much have we sold? How many are we producing in each cycle?

HMS - we have been stock piling loads of gravel - don’t have an off take partner yet - who are we going to sell too to generate the £300k per month profit?

Received some money for asset sale but buyers are beyond in Payments - looks like we have already spent circ £1m of it.

How much cash do we need to keep running until HMS starts generating - now waiting another 6 months for it to start

This is not me being negative or trying to find a lower entry point - more highlighting some concerns many longer term investors may how to your bullish statements

This is easily sorted by the board if they would only share some financial information and provide some forward guidance / expectations

You can knock Prem all you like but I am sure many investors will be happy with the 60% rise over the last 6 weeks. Those who take on board your concerns can walk away happy with a banked profit.

Need to take a balanced view on both - we are all in it to make money - how one individual does that may differ to another.

I hope both reward investors handsomely

Interims due next few days - maybe an opps update two - hopefully furnaces 2 and 3 we be running and they are stock piling the end product ready for shipment - better still, we have already shipped some gear and expect to be paid shortly (q2 obviously as nothing is ever done with IRON ahead of schedule lol)

I’m maybe adding 2 and 2 together and getting 5 but I think they may be doing a deal to sell one of the other investments - no financial info but strategic partner pays 50% premium, our “first” sale as quoted in the interims, align voting rights changed to transfer on the 2nd tranche of shares implies they want to retain control. Just my thinking

Wouldn’t class all folk as non - seasoned investors - I sold 50% at .40p after doubling my investment - stuck it into prem and will sell out there this week and top up here - in a few weeks time. For me Making profit on AIM is about investor sentiment And capitalising on hype

Still think it may drift further - share price adjusting to balance risk / reward - generally happens when coms go quiet

Bought mine about 6 weeks ago when there was the spat with some KOD board members - average of .56 but quite to get a summer holiday from my profits. Glad I sliced my KOD when I did but I will be back in there fully soon

The only tax benefit is Inheritance tax - most shares on AIM (but not all) should quality for 100% IHT relief once held for 2 years

In any event the NOMAD would guide the directors on wether they could sell / buy in the open market - there are restricted periods and many other times when the board have material insider information - such as when they were negotiating the investor deal.

Re the deal - I fully expect an RNS in the next 15 to 20 days to say the long stop date has been pushed out to the 30th June or even July - hope not but if you see how how many deals just don’t get done in the short time frame I wouldn’t be surprise at all - especially when so much of this is international

Interims due this week but doubt they will show much. Hopefully a good update confirming furnaces 2 and 3 have been fired up and that are producing the end product. First revenues anticipated Q2 so it could be a relatively positive summer for Iron

So our new strategic investor and largest shareholder has decided to invest all of their cash totally blind without seeing any details of finances other than what has been shared via RNS - I don’t think so !

Shame on the board for showing so much disrespect to the private investor (the ones that have paid their wages for the last 10 years)

I would really hope for the bod to share more info on the financials -for me this is why the share price is languishing sure it is.

We are said to me mining and selling diamonds, HMS - are we ? Tell us the numbers, give us some forward looking statements so investors have something more to go on to consider the merits of investing.
