Doubt a special dividend will be paid. Dividends are a distribution of profit . Whilst we may have made profits this year from the disposal we will certainly have carried forward losses to offset. More likely to see a buy back of shares. Buy backs are generally via the markets at prevailing market prices

George ain’t bothered about the day to day share price and neither should be investors - those who are bothered have a traders mentality. It’s sad that so many folks are concerned with a 5% fall here and there. If you believe tumour company surely you would see this as an opprobrium to invest.

Constantly looking at micro movements in share prices every 5 mins does nothing for you health

Wouldn’t be surprised if there is a small placing to provide cash flow until slbuyer pays for first shipment - depends on cash position, costs of production and terms of payment from buyer

Assume the auditors are doing something - RNS last week about significant change of share ownership - RNSed last week for transaction which happened in May last year - suspect this is something picked up by auditors

I’ve a have a bad feeling we are not going to get any news to get excited about - very little info coming from Co - regular tweets all now stopped and nothing for a month. Still no clue if we are selling diamond. No idea if we have a buyer or sold any of the HMS

Poor show from company - hopefully board will start showing some respect to its owners

I cannot believe so much comment over what is happening and how things are progressing. It makes not a jot to the longer term share price or the market cap.

Surely when you chose to invest in a share you do enough research - taking an extra week or two or no update implies more of a trading behaviour rather than investor mentality.

No company is going to give a running commentary on day to day activities. They has set out that they are working full pelt and will provide an update for us in due course - that should be fine for any investor.

If there are issues or significant delays they will inform the market.

I don’t understand why so many want a day by say update - does it make them feel better if the share price went up tomorrow and the day after rather than in two weeks time?

A lot of those were sells - just after the £20k buy was getting .385 to sell

From weekly / bi-weekly Twitter posts nothing now for almost 3 weeks - this is starting to stink - very wooly update with further delay to accounts, directors resignation.

Let’s hope that over the next fortnight they can tell us what is actually going on. Yes - they have moved a lot of dirt but it appears they haven’t found any buyers …..

I disagree - there were 1.33 BILLION shares placed last year at 0.3p and these are in addition to the recent raise. It it going to be a long client up to decent value / reward

There are a lot of folk assuming the transaction will be done on or before the end of April - my view is be prepared to be disappointed and I don’t expect this to go through until the summer. I have seen on many occasions, especially with mining cos, dealing with less developed part of the work and multiple conditions, proposed completion dates be pushed back.

I certainly home this isn’t the case. But as soon as I read the funding RNS I though they would have to go some to get everything done my end April

Agree - would much prefer a 2 month delay and then some massive news (or even an update) and relist

My bet is that the accounts aren’t filed by the end of Feb - when has we ever hit a deadline or done something before the said date ?

Only positive is that the share price won’t fall on no news lol

Really hope we don’t just report without and comprehensive update - at that moment we don’t know if Olathe large payment was received at the end of January or not

Don’t get too hung up on days left in February - they couldn’t even hit the deadline for getting account completed on time and they had 6 months to prepare lol

Here is hoping - co need a solid and compelling update either just before or on day trading resumes - big question on everyone’s list - was or was the payment at the end of January received?

A good statement and strong progress could mean we should up 40 or 50% on opening

I am a big investor in Kod and have been in and out over the last 6 years. There is so much negativity on this bod about PREM but it doesn’t stop folks making money. A lot of folk invested in AIM with a very short term view - this drives the volatility but share price movements based more on greed and fear of missing out rather that longer term metrics.

I therefore decided to take a stake in PREM yesterday for this very reason - in and out within 24 hours and my summer holiday paid for. Has anything changes since yesterday ? Should the market cap have increased by 15% - No but it doesn’t stop a good trader from taking an interest - good Luck to all.

Love it “ironveld having 1-2-1 meeting to discuss how to help the industry move forward” - have to laugh - 10 years plus to get where we are and still haven’t produced and sold anything

The shares are suspending not the company - let’s hope the board haven’t taken an elongated Xmas break and sat with their feet up.

Have they received the funds due by the end of Jan - my guess not - they were quick enough to RNS all the other payments when received.

Come on board - investors were happy enough to put their hands in their OWN pockets during many rounds of funding over the years - please show us some respect and let us know what the hell is going on
